Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Assist with posting job openings and screening resumes
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communication
• Prepare new hire paperwork and conduct onboarding activities

Employee Records Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both physical and electronic
• Process employee changes, such as address updates and job title changes
• Assist with the administration of leave requests and time-off tracking

General HR Administration:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and managing correspondence

Responsibilities:

·      Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging

Requirements and skills:

·      Good knowledge of design principles and databases

·      Knowledge of front technologies like Typescript, ReactJs

·      Knowledge of Caching techniques using Memcached and Redis

·      Experience of using queueing service line Kafka

·      Solid understanding of microservices architecture

·      Expert in serverless technologies like lambda along with API gateway

• Drive the Migration Project and support Business Applications teams through the project lifecycle.
• Interpret written business requirements, functional requirements and technical specification documents to design and develop technical solutions that meet business needs
