ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key driver of growth and success at TartanHQ. You will lead our go-to-market strategy, sales, and marketing efforts, build strong relationships with clients, and drive revenue growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development and Partnerships:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise, startup, and mid-stage clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Sales and Marketing Strategy:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in the SaaS, Fintech, or banking industry is mandatory.
• Sales Experience: Must have software and enterprise sales experience and a good network.
• Ready To Travel: This role may require travel inter/intra-city for up to 50% of the time for client visits.

We are looking for a passionate Solutions Architect with a diverse backend technology background to lead large engineering teams at Simform. You should have a good understanding of software architecture design, backend technologies, and cloud platforms and have experience leading a team of developers.

Role + Responsibilities:

• Designing, modifying, and testing technical architecture.
• Helping project teams with solutions architecture, troubleshooting, and technical implementation assistance. 
• Occasionally working as a Tech Lead if the situation demands
• Use your expertise in different tech-stack/languages, tech architecture, etc., to drive improvements in the accuracy, quality, the efficiency of projects.
