About the Role: -

We are seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and scale our sales operations in Philippines.

This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, managing sales teams, and ensuring customer success within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Sales Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and manage BDMs and Telesales teams
• Ensure achievement of 100%+ monthly and quarterly targets
• Conduct weekly coaching, reviews, and performance tracking
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training
• Ensure 100% CRM (HubSpot) compliance

2. Revenue & Target Achievement

• Deliver regional targets across new properties, licenses, and LTV
• Drive growth in ARPA and MRR
• Maintain a 3× healthy sales pipeline

3. Customer Retention & Account Growth

• Minimize churn and maximize customer satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and key decision-makers
• Collaborate with Implementation & Support teams for seamless onboarding

4. Market Expansion & Enterprise Sales

• Expand YCS presence across key regions in Philippines.
• Close enterprise and multi-property hotel group deals (5+ properties)
• Build partnerships with hotel associations and tourism bodies
• Lead events, webinars, and roadshows

5. Internal Collaboration & Operations

• Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasts

Job Title: Asst Manager-Business Development – PVC

Department: Sales & Marketing / Business Development

Reports to: Sales Head / Director

Designation: Asst Manager - Business Development

Location- Delhi, Kolkata, Chennai/Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for PVC compounds.

Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients in sectors like wires & cables, automotive, footwear, profiles, pipes, and injection moulding.

Generate leads through networking, industrial directories, trade exhibitions, and digital platforms.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, converters, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Understand client requirements and offer suitable PVC compound grades or customized solutions.

Conduct technical discussions with clients in coordination with the R&D/technical team.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the revenue growth of the company.

Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize orders.

Track sales performance, follow up on payments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work closely with production and R&D teams to ensure timely sample development and delivery.

Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for management review.

Provide inputs to management on market demand, pricing trends, and product improvements.

Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and seminars.

Promote the company’s products through presentations, technical discussions, and marketing initiatives.
