be proactive to learn new skills per business requirement. Familiar with extraction of relevant data, cleanse and

transform data into insights that drive business value, through use of data analytics, data visualization and data

modeling techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Technical Bachelor’s Degree.

Non-Technical Degree holders should have 1+ years of relevant experience.

1. Strong communication skills are essential, as the selected candidate will be responsible for leading a team of two in the future.
2. Proficiency in SQL.
3. Expertise in Data Modelling.
4. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
5. Competence in Power BI.
6. SQL – Should be strong in Data Modeling , Tables Design and SQL Queries.
7. ADF – Must have hands-on experience in ADF pipelines and its set-up from End-to-End in Azure including subscriptions, IR and Resource Group creations.
8. Power BI – Hands-on knowledge in Power BI reports including documentation and follow existing standards.

• Creating and managing ETL/ELT pipelines based on requirements
• Build PowerBI dashboards and manage datasets needed.
• Work with stakeholders to identify data structures needed for future and perform any transformations including aggregations.
• Build data cubes for real-time visualisation needs and CXO dashboards.

Senior Data Scientist-Job Description

The Senior Data Scientist role is a creative problem solver who utilizes statistical/mathematical principles and modelling skills to uncover new insights that will significantly and meaningfully impact business decisions and actions.  She/he applies their data science expertise in identifying, defining, and executing state-of-art techniques for academic opportunities and business objectives in collaboration with other Analytics team members. The Senior Data Scientist will execute analyses & outputs spanning test design and measurement, predictive analytics, multivariate analysis, data/text mining, pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the full range of data science activities including test design and measurement, predictive/advanced analytics, and data mining, and analytic dashboards.
• Extract, manipulate, analyse & interpret data from various corporate data sources developing advanced analytic solutions, deriving key observations, findings, insights, and formulating actionable recommendations.
• Generate clearly understood and intuitive data science / advanced analytics outputs.
• Provide thought leadership and recommendations on business process improvement, analytic solutions to complex problems.
• Participate in best practice sharing and communication platform for advancement of the data science discipline.
• Coach and collaborate with other data scientists and data analysts.
• Present impact, insights, outcomes & recommendations to key business partners and stakeholders.
• Comply with established Service Level Agreements to ensure timely, high quality deliverables with value-add recommendations, clearly articulated key findings and observations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or Master’s Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Physics, or similar degree
• 5+ years of experience in data science in a digitally advanced industry focusing on strategic initiatives, marketing and/or operations.
• Advanced knowledge of best-in-class analytic software tools and languages: Python, SQL, R, SAS, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Expertise in statistical methods, statistical analysis, data visualization, and data mining techniques.
• Experience in Test design, Design of Experiments, A/B Testing, Measurement Science Strong influencing skills to drive a robust testing agenda and data driven decision making for process improvements
• Strong Critical thinking skills to track down complex data and engineering issues, evaluate different algorithmic approaches, and analyse data to solve problems.
• Experience in partnering with IT, marketing operations & business operations to deploy predictive analytic solutions.
• Ability to translate/communicate complex analytical/statistical/mathematical concepts with non-technical audience.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, as well as presentation skills.

4-6 years of total experience in data warehousing and business intelligence

3+ years of solid Power BI experience (Power Query, M-Query, DAX, Aggregates)

2 years’ experience building Power BI using cloud data (Snowflake, Azure Synapse, SQL DB, data lake)

Strong experience building visually appealing UI/UX in Power BI

Understand how to design Power BI solutions for performance (composite models, incremental refresh, analysis services)

Experience building Power BI using large data in direct query mode

Expert SQL background (query building, stored procedure, optimizing performance)

  • • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, machine learning or comparable role
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Data Analytics, Math/Statistics or related discipline 
    • Experience in building and deploying Machine Learning models in Production systems
    • Strong analytical skills: ability to make sense out of a variety of data and its relation/applicability to the business problem or opportunity at hand
    • Strong programming skills: comfortable with Python - pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib; Databases - SQL and noSQL
    • Strong communication skills: ability to both formulate/understand the business problem at hand as well as ability to discuss with non data-science background stakeholders

    Skills Required

    • Experience in Text Analytics, Natural Language Processing

    • Advanced degree in Data Science/Data Analytics or Math/Statistics

• Create, maintain and automate datasets and insightful dashboards to track core metrics and extract business insights
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data to identify business opportunities and optimize features for Analytics.

• 8+ years experience doing Business Intelligence and Analytics work
• B.Tech/M.Tech in a technical field (Computer Science, Math, Statistics)
• Strong knowledge in Data Design, Data Modelling, and Data Validation best practices
• Proficient in data visualization, Preferably SSRS & Power BI
• Fluency with writing advanced SQL code
• Experience with SQL Server Administration and best practices
• Possess BFSI, Fintech Domain Knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal, cross-functional, communication, writing, and presentation skills
