Purpose:

Scale brand and demand so capital-formation flywheel spins faster than industry peers. Run paid channels profitably.

Responsibilities:

Own paid, earned, owned mix; budget & agency management.

Launch/manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic.

Align campaigns with Sales; ship data-driven narratives.

Measure full-funnel CAC:LTV; iterate.

Continuous A/B on ads & LPs; automate bid rules.

KPIs:

Qualified lead growth ≥15 % MoM

CAC within target

Share of Voice (SoV) in RE-alt media.

ROAS >4×

 CPL down 10 % QoQ

Targets:

Weekly growth scrums; monthly funnel dashboard; quarterly flagship report + 2 tier-1 PR hits.

Weekly 3 live tests; monthly 10 % CPL drop; quarterly open one new paid channel.

Minimum Hire Profile:

3+ yrs fintech/prop-tech growth; SQL & GA4; team-lead experience. 2 yrs paid-media; Google Ads & FB certs; basic Python for data.

Responsibilities

·      Full Stack Development.

Requirements
