REVIEW CRITERIA:

MANDATORY:

• Strong QA Leadership / Test Manager / QA Architect Profiles.
• Must have 12+ years of overall IT experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles.
• Must have experience owning end-to-end testing strategy for product platforms, covering Manual, Automation, Performance, and Security testing
• Must have 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS preferably working in microservices-driven environments in testing
• Must have 3+ years of leadership experience managing 5-6 members in QA / Testing teams.
• Must have hands-on experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks. (Robot Framework experience is highly preferred)
• Must have hands-on exposure to CI/CD integration of automated tests using tools such as Azure DevOps / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
• Must have experience in at least one of the following domains: ERP / POS / OMS (any one is mandatory; ERP is a strong plus)
• B2B SaaS companies
• Candidates must be based in Gurgaon or nearby locations

PREFERRED:

• Candidates who have worked on products from scratch and have seen the entire SDLC end-to-end (requirement → development → testing → release → production) are preferred.
• QA certifications such as ISTQB, CQM, or equivalent are a plus.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

You’ll be the architect and guardian of quality across the company's product suite. You’ll work alongside product dev, QA, and PM teams to proactively define, advocate, and scale a best-in-class testing ethos.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define own testing strategy for G1 suite of products across ERP, POS, Zwing, Browntape, Reporting products.
• Lead end-to-end test execution across manual, automation, performance, and security domains.
• Design and implement test automation frameworks—selection, guidelines, metrics, CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, DevOps to integrate quality measures into the pipeline, from sprint backlog to release.
• Foster quality culture via QA guilds, retrospectives, cross functional workshops, knowledge sharing.
• Establish quality KPIs (e.g., defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rates) and report to CTO and Leadership.
• Monitor and improve test effectiveness with metrics, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Mentor QA engineers—upskill for best practices, tooling, automation techniques.
• Ensure compliance and readiness for external audits, regulatory requirements and production rollouts.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• B.E. / B Tech from a reputed institute with 12–15 years of experience
• 7+ years of leading testing programs in B2B SaaS/microservices environments.
• Strong domain knowledge across ERP/POS/OMS/domainspecific systems.
• Expertise in automation frameworks (Robot framework).
• Skilled in performance/security testing tools (JMeter, Locust, OWASP ZAP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Proven ability to build strong collaboratives across QA, PM, and engineering.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Campus Admin Officer to manage and maintain

the Electrical, Telecom & IT systems of our 120-employee office in Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

The role involves end-to-end responsibility for identifying and fixing electrical faults,

desktops, printers, intercom systems, LAN connections, and WiFi networks to ensure

smooth daily operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical System Maintenance

● Diagnose and resolve electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime.

● Identifying and resolving issues with electrical appliances, office lights, fans, etc.

● Troubleshooting issues related to generators, UPS, power supply cabling, etc.

2. IT Systems Management

● Maintain desktops and laptops for employees.

● Maintain office LAN network and structured cabling.

● Coordinate with vendors for servicing, repairs, and consumables.

● Maintain inventory of IT peripherals and spare equipment.

3. Intercom & Communication Systems

● Maintain and troubleshoot internal intercom systems.

● Coordinate with service vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 2–4 years of hands-on experience in maintaining Electrical & IT systems.

● Ability to communicate in English, Hindi or Marathi

● Basic knowledge of modems, routers, and switches.

Roles and responsibilities

• Experience working on integrated campaigns – with a great portfolio of work that boasts of client satisfaction, meeting creative quality standards, or meeting the requirements of the campaign.
