What we are looking for:

1. 1+ years of experience in Flutter (preferably in an app product company)

2. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

3. Extensive experience with Firebase: Cloud Firestore, Firestore database, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, etc

4. Familiarity with REST APIs

5. Experience in publishing Flutter apps on the Play Store and App Store

6. Knowledge of State Management Patterns like Provider

7. You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly and learn adjacent technologies or coding languages if needed

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Develop the application and features for both iOS and Android using the flutter framework

2. Participate in product and design ideation, and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support

3. Lead and set the initial guidelines for tech culture in the company, as we grow

4. Document extensively on Github

5. Ensure architecture and code quality that can scale as the team grows

6. Work on code review, diagnose performance issues, fix bugs

7. Integrate APIs as and when required

8. Setting up events for users, performance, and other analytics

9. Automate things wherever needed

Compensation: ₹9 - ₹13 L per year (plus equity: 0.1% - 0.15%)

Role & Responsibilities:

1.   Looking for someone who can think creatively about packaging marketing messages and is passionate about the brand. Experience in a marketing, communications or internal communications role with a marketing mindset is expected. The candidate will handle our communication portfolio, hence good problem solving, writing, administrative and PR skills are a must.
2.  Experienced into Lead Generation, Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising, Database Generation,B2B Sales.
3. Plan, organize, and implement market survey to obtain data that provides insight to market trends and consumer requirements
4. Interpret data obtained from market research/survey to produce results useful in taking effective business decisions
5. Carry out demographic surveys to identify potential customers
6. Contact potential customers through emails, calls, and home visits to create product/service awareness
7. Employ knowledge of company goals in carrying out marketing operations
8. Establish good working relationships and rapport with clients to ensure continued patronage and minimal consumer attrition
9. Support marketing managers in the development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices for products.
