Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns, specifically in E-commerce and Cold email marketing. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing engagement, nurturing leads, extracting contacts, and ultimately contributing to the overall success of our marketing initiatives. The candidate should possess expertise in Email copywriting, have the capability to guide designers in email designing, and be proficient in campaign planning, work/content calendar management, and monthly report analysis.

Responsibilities:
1) Project Preparation:
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather requirements for email campaigns.
- Understand the brand, analyze competitors and conduct market research for strategic planning.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines in the form of a content calendar.
- Set up tools, manage email/domain setups, and verify contact information.
- Ensure the integration of email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives.
2) Campaign Planning:
- Strategize and plan email campaigns based on target audience and marketing goals.
- Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted content.
- Analyze data and insights to optimize future email campaigns.
3) Working on Projects:
- Execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, from creation to deployment.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with design teams, integrate feedback, and optimize E-commerce flows.
- Oversee end-to-end email campaign management, including copywriting, guiding designer and design implementation.
4)Team Management:
- Lead and manage a collaborative team.

Requirements:
- Graduation/ Diploma is a must.
- 2-5 years experience as an Email Marketing Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of E-commerce and Cold email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimization.
- Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp/Klaviyo/instantly etc.
- Proficiency in real-time analytics, post-campaign analysis, and generating detailed reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks, engage in advanced planning, and manage project timelines effectively.
- Expertise in Email copywriting.

Roles & Responsibilities :-
- This is a front-line Sales position in the ESA Cards Sales team, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative. selling of our card’s products via defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales].
- Prospecting for new customers through existing leads and cold calling and maximizing lead generation.
- Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads.
- Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions.
- Set appointments, listen to customer needs, and sell the most appropriate product.
- Researches and understands prospects before making the call.
- Ensures all applications are fully and accurately completed, and submitted properly.

The job role requires:
Experience working with Java, Spring Boot Web, JUnit5, OOP, Microservices and Event-driven architecture.
Great OO skills, including strong design patterns knowledge. Understanding functional programming would be a plus.
Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding process.
Experience in developing applications integrating with RDBMS like MySql or Postgres.
Experience with a NoSQL database (MongoDB or GraphDB) will be a plus.
Experience in developing web applications using ReactJS/Angular/Vuejs will be plus.
