About the Role

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who understands that design is not decoration—it’s decision-making. You’ll be shaping how users think, feel, and move through our product. Your work will sit at the intersection of psychology, aesthetics, and business outcomes.

If you obsess over flows, hate bad spacing, and can explain why a button should exist—not just how it looks—you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile products
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and founders
• Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability
• Optimize user journeys to improve engagement, retention, and conversion
• Turn complex problems into simple, elegant experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of UX principles, human-centered design, and usability
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI screens
• Solid visual design sense (typography, color, spacing, hierarchy)
• Experience working with developers and understanding design-to-dev handoff
• Ability to justify design decisions with logic, not vibes
• Portfolio showcasing real problem-solving (not just pretty screens)

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (helps collaboration)
• Experience designing for SaaS, marketplaces, or mobile apps
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards

Key responsibilities of a technical content writer include:

·        Research technical topics and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

·        Creating original content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.

·        Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content.

·        Optimizing content for search engines and ensuring that it adheres to best practices for SEO.

·        Managing content calendars and ensuring that deadlines are met.

·        Analyzing the performance of content and making data-driven decisions to improve content effectiveness.

·        Communicating complex technical concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly.

·        Staying up-to-date with the latest content creation tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as technical writing, computer science, or engineering.

Experience:

·        Proven 2-3 years of experience as a technical writer or similar role

·        Experience with content management systems and other content creation tools.

·        Experience in a technical writing or content creation role is preferred.

Skills:

·        Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
