Key Responsibilities:
1. Air Contracting & Negotiation
Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines for MICE/group travel.
Negotiate competitive group fares, series fares, and ad-hoc deals.
Secure allotments, blocked space, and special discounts for large groups.
Manage seasonal contracts and promotional tie-ups with airlines.
2. Pricing & Revenue Optimization:
Design competitive pricing strategies for MICE groups.
Coordinate with internal sales teams to provide best-in-market quotations.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns.
Maximize margins while ensuring conversion of group queries.
3. Operations & Execution:
Handle end-to-end MICE air operations (booking to departure).
Coordinate group PNR creation, ticketing, name updates, and schedule changes.
Ensure timely issuance of tickets and compliance with airline deadlines.
Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and disruptions.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
Work closely with Sales, Product, Finance, and Tech teams.
Liaise with airline account managers and GDS/API partners.
Coordinate with corporate clients and event planners.
5. Process & System Management:
Ensure proper use of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
Work on API integrations for airline group bookings (if applicable).
Maintain accurate MIS reports, booking trackers, and reconciliation.
6. Customer Experience :
Ensure smooth travel experience for large groups.
Provide proactive communication on schedule changes or disruptions.
Handle escalations efficiently with quick resolution.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong airline contracting and negotiation skills

- Creating content for ongoing campaigns such as writing copy for email marketing campaigns & WebStories, writing answers on Quora, copywriting for creatives etc.
- Coordinate with the internal and external team for content creation and ensuring that the writing is consistent and in line with the overall campaign and brand requirements
