• Owns the user experience on the website and Mobile App to provide the best-in-class experience for our online users.

• Owns the design strategies, framework, tools and governance for the Indian website and Mobile App in line with the local user needs and the Company's United Design Framework.

• Responsible for complete digital experience from the user research phase, design to the delivery of the mock-ups.

• Co-own the A/B testing strategy to run multiple usability tests on our online platforms and identify the quick wins through a data driven approach.

Identify opportunities and ensure admission for all programs.- Meeting and exceeding lead, application and enrolment targets.- Own and Manage all the events / exhibitions / fairs end to end within and outside campus.- Collaborate with and manage school and college outreach.- Own all other outreach, student engagement and lead generation related activities on / off campus.

• Recent experience designing and building unified observability platforms that enable companies to use the sometimes-overwhelming amount of available data (metrics, logs, and traces) to determine quickly if their application or service is operating as desired
• Expertise in deploying and using open-source observability tools in large-scale environments, including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (ElasticSearch + Logstash + Kibana), Jaeger, Kiali, and/or Loki
• Familiarity with open standards like OpenTelemetry, OpenTracing, and OpenMetrics
