Role Overview:

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for crafting seamless, visually appealing, and intuitive user experiences across web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to turn ideas into reality, ensuring that every interface is aesthetically engaging and functionally effective.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Framer to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to understand user needs and pain points.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

💡 Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Knowledge of Framer is an added advantage, and preference will be given to candidates with Framer experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in Computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology
• 1 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong coding experience in Python (knowledge of Java, JavaScript is a plus)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with multi-processing, multi-threading, and AWS/Azure
• Strong knowledge of scraping frameworks such as Python (Request, Beautiful Soup), Web Harvest and others
• In depth knowledge of algorithms and data structures & previous experience with web crawling is a must    

As a Software Engineer, you will participate in all aspects of software development (design, development, testing, maintenance, support) of the business’s applications. This is a hands-on development role responsible for design, implementation, and life cycle management of the product built/configured on the Huron platform.

You will also have the opportunity to work with one or more development teams that are responsible for web applications, able contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of applications and technologies owned by the assigned team, be delivering quality client and server-side code, markup, and CSS as needed, while adhering to best practices and standard. In addition, you’d be expected to attend all team meetings while making meaningful contributions and provide regular updates (via tools, meetings, communication, etc.) to the team lead of assigned teams.

Required Skills:
