Key Responsibilities of the Sales Manager: -Ensures the smooth running of the sales department, where all aspects of the villa's pro-active sales initiatives are delivered and total revenue maximised -Works proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries and problem resolution -Develops and implements plans where sales initiatives & hotel targets are achieved -Leads and manages the sales team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within the department -Prepares and is responsible for the departmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend orientation, particularly in React.js. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on creating high-quality, responsive, and user-centric frontend applications. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing engaging user interfaces, collaborating with backend teams, and driving the overall technical vision of our applications.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong emphasis on frontend development using React.js.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, React Router, etc.).
- Strong understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Express.js) is a plus.
