Sales Enterprise (AE)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) Consultant to join our team for exciting implementation projects with top-tier MNC clients. The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM post-2019 and have worked extensively on both inbound and outbound warehouse processes. Production Integration is mandatory, along with proven expertise in full-cycle EWM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP EWM implementation and rollout projects.
• Configure and customize EWM modules to meet business requirements.
• Manage and optimize Inbound and Outbound processes within the warehouse.
• Ensure smooth Production Integration (PI) with warehouse operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, SD, etc.) to deliver seamless solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training for business users and stakeholders.
• Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and UAT phases.
• Provide post-go-live support and resolve any system or process-related issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP, with at least 3+ years in SAP EWM.
• Must have worked on EWM projects post-2019 to ensure genuine hands-on expertise.
• Strong functional knowledge of EWM Basics, including key master data, resource management, and process modeling.
• Mandatory experience in Production Integration with EWM.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in Inbound and Outbound warehouse operations.
• At least one full-cycle S/4HANA EWM implementation experience.
• Experience with RF framework, warehouse monitor, and process-oriented storage control is a plus.

Responsibilities:

●     Design and develop websites and web applications from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverables.

●     Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable and modular codes adhering to the technical standards.

●     Database designing and maintenance.

●     Create and update reusable code libraries to streamline the development cycle.

●     Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications

●     Collaborate and work with front-end/mobile developers on the backend needs of projects.

●     Client communication (verbal/written) as and when required.

Required Skills:

●     Previous working experience as a PHP / Laravel developer. Experience in CMS like Drupal and WordPress will be an added advantage.

●     Excellent knowledge of the Laravel framework and experience building factories/facades/libraries using abstract classes, interfaces, and traits.

●     Good knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL/MS SQL/PostgreSQL), database designing and query optimization techniques.

●     Good core knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap framework.

●     Hands-on experience in RESTful API design and development, including implementing oAuth2.0 for authentication and authorization.

●     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

●     Excellent communication (verbal/written) skills.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial)

Work Experience: 

• Should have at least 5+ years of experience
• Deep interest in financial services and Expertise in payments domain 
• Technology BA with End to End Payments implementation.
• Experience in B2B cross border payments (Credit Payments won’t fly)
• Messaging standards. Should be good at Custom formats
• Should have good understanding of API’s and how it works
• Good in writing User stories in Agile, Jira

Desirable skills:

• Experience with or exposure to Agile and software development
• Some previous experience writing code or other technology experience

Digital and Technology Architecture

• Head the digital transformation and innovation projects from idea generation to new ventures in close collaboration with business stakeholders and external partners
• Present the vision & value of proposed architectures and solutions to a wide range of audiences in alignment with business priorities and objectives
• Plans tasks and estimates for the required research and volume of activities to complete work
• Own and assess non-functional requirements and propose solutions for Availability, Backup, Capacity, Performance, Redundancy, Reliability, Scalability, Supportability, Risks and Costs models
• Provide strategic guidance to teams on managing third-party service providers in terms of service levels, costing, etc.
• Drive the team to ensure appropriate documentation is developed in support of value realization
• Lead the technical team and head collaboration between Business Users and software providers to build digital solutions

Enterprise Architecture

• Ownership of overall Enterprise Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap for  applications aligning with Enterprise Architecture
• Identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future Enterprise needs, evaluating their applicability and fit, as well as leading the definition of standards and best practice for their use

Data Architecture

• Ownership of overall Data Architecture including compliances and standards
• Head the overall Architecture blueprint and roadmap applications aligning with Data Architecture
• Identify important potential technologies and approaches to address current and future Data needs, evaluating their applicability and fit, as well as leading the definition of standards and best practice for their use
