Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site depending on project needs)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will take ownership of data science components across client projects, build production-ready ML and GenAI-powered applications, and mentor junior team members. You will collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy impactful solutions that leverage cutting-edge machine learning and large language model technologies.

Key Responsibilities

ML & Data Science

• Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate ML models (classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Ensure model reproducibility, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.

GenAI & LLM Applications

• Prototype and design solutions leveraging LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama).
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, prompt templates, and evaluation frameworks.
• Integrate LLMs with APIs and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Product & Engineering Collaboration

• Partner with engineering teams to productionize ML/GenAI models.
• Contribute to API development, data pipelines, technical documentation, and client presentations.

Team & Growth

• Mentor junior data scientists and review technical contributions.
• Stay up to date with the latest ML & GenAI research and tools; share insights across the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4.5–9 years of applied data science experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM).
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Cohere, Claude) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong SQL, data wrangling, and analysis skills (pandas, NumPy).
• Experience working with APIs, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

Good-to-Have

• Deployment experience with FastAPI, Docker, or serverless frameworks.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC).
• Experience working with embeddings, vector databases, and similarity search.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product & customer success to own the pipeline.

Requirements

• Own, develop and execute end-to-end campaigns that engage and convert prospective buyers with a focus on developers and marketers within specific verticals.
• Create and oversee impactful and engaging content, targeted competition displacement campaigns and ABM campaigns.
• Work closely with product development, product marketing & customer success teams, to design and implement campaigns that deliver on business objectives.
• Design & execute campaigns that drive pipeline and generate opportunities using PLG motion.
• Understand the buyer’s journey at each stage of the Sales funnel and translate messaging and positioning into effective campaigns.
• Keep track of MQL-SQL-SAL conversion rates, analyze campaign performance, surface insights and provide recommendations for optimizing results.
• Track program results, measure program success and report metrics to stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with key cross functional stakeholders across GTM organization to ensure campaign enablement and engagement.
• Develop scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks
• Guide the creation of content alongside our Content Marketing, Product Marketing and Solutions teams
• Develop outbound and account-based campaigns that complement inbound campaign strategy

What we need:

• 10+ years of work experience, with at least 7 years in demand generation
• Graduate/masters in any stream with good understanding of SaaS product space
• Proven track record of leading multi-channel campaigns with success, collaborating with stakeholders and finding opportunities to strategically up level marketing efforts
• Understanding of the nuances of running an integrated campaign, and ability to think both strategically and execute at an operational level with ease
• Agile, Nimble, and energetic
• Being an Individual Contributor, your performance will be measured by the pipeline you generate, your ability to execute and achieve measurable results including new logo development, and owning cross-sell campaigns to drive expansion opportunities

What you will do at Hubstream:

·       Manage Software Development project activities for multiple projects across all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

·        Work collaboratively with development team, lead architect and the CTO to determine technical direction and approach to system design and implementation.

·       Manage the day-to-day activities of projects and staff; communicate with project teams as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule and within cost parameters.

·       Make recommendations to management about schedules, prioritization, and resource allocation with input from team members.

·       Manage resource planning and organizational capacity planning.

·       Coach and train project team members on Software Development processes and best practices.

·       Providing continuous guidance and direction to the Leads to meet the client delivery & commitment.

Skills/Qualification:

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a technology environment, including 2-3 years of practical professional experience in project management.

·       Minimum 5+ years of Software development experience in C#, T-SQL is a bonus.

·       Minimum 5+ years of experience in Client Interaction directly or indirectly.

·       Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional project teams.

·       Have very good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal communications.

·       Flexible to work in different time zones like Australia, Europe & US Time zone based on the Customer's need.
