Project Manager

Position Overview:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing innovative user interfaces and ensuring the seamless integration of design and functionality. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in front-end development, with a strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, SCSS, HTML, frontend architecture design, and design concepts

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design and development teams to translate UI/UX designs into interactive web pages or applications.

Develop responsive web interfaces and ensure cross-browser compatibility.

Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using best practices and coding standards.

Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix issues.

Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend interfaces with server-side logic.

Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, trends, and frameworks.

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer.

Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Solid understanding of frontend architecture design patterns and concepts.

Experience with frontend frameworks like Redux, Vue.js, or Angular is a plus.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.

Knowledge of version control systems (e. g., Git) and project management tools (e. g., Jira).

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What you'll do

● Lead and oversee experience design projects and programs that influence positive change/impact across one more adjacent product teams

● Build wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using best-in-class UI frameworks, and design systems to tackle difficult UX problems

● Partner closely with cross-functional partners to build strategic and impactful experience roadmaps

● Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and co-creation sessions that focus stakeholders on solving the underlying root causes of user/customer pain points instead of jumping to end-solutions

● Be a key stakeholder in building the design team and be sought out by adjacent teams for your obsession with craft quality and domain expertise

● Own design problems end to end, from initial concept through shipping and beyond

● Build flows and prototypes to tackle difficult UX problems

● Obsess over the details of visual and motion design

● Work with product managers to define products (requirements, strategic functionality, bold bets), not just translate them into design execution.

● Identify future opportunities, working as a key thought partner to your counterparts in product, engineering, and operations

● Partner with engineers to ship pixel-perfect designs

● The ship, measure, and improve your designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback

● Brainstorm and iterate with your colleagues to help raise the bar on the whole experience

Basic Qualifications

● 7+years of UI/UXdesign experience

● A portfolio showing your high-quality, thoughtful UI and UX work

● A degree in HCI, Graphic Design, or related fields (B.Des, M.Des etc) ● Strategic product thinker with the ability to understand product goals, identify opportunities and make decisions based on the impact on people and the company

● Interaction design experience with the ability to define how an experience should behave based on understanding people's needs. Ability to use prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work

● Experience with a breadth of design disciplines- design thinking, applied service design, user experience research, and beyond

● Must know-Figma,,Adobe Creative Cloud, Lottie files, Prototyping and deep understanding of components, design systems

● Must have experience with designing 0-1 products and scaling them

● Must have an understanding of visual and motion graphics to work with visual & motion designers to incorporate the requirements in the design process

● Must have worked with small to medium-sized teams in fast-paced environment

● Visual design skills with proficiency in typography, desktop/mobile UI, color, layout, iconography, and aesthetic sense

● Good to have-Worked directly with Startup founders or executives to bring ideas to real-life. Fintech experience is a plus.

• Designing and implementing marketing plans for the company products.

• Answering to client queries about product specifications and uses.

• Develop relationships with existing customers and keeping touch with them.

• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Find new business opportunities and customers.

• Contact potential customers to showcase company products or services.

• Use of social media like LinkedIn, after connecting to customers dropping emails like an introductory template or a pdf, scheduling demos and sending proposals and sales.

Candidate will work in Sales Department too for generating business of Company by selling Digital Marketing Packages.

Candidate will be working on backend operations on the client's accounts at Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho. 

Candidate should have knowledge of Excel Formulas.

Candidate should be an easy learner and needs to be clever enough to understand the backend process easily.  

Candidate should be able to write and understand English.

Candidate should be smart enough to grab the training which will be provided here by our Organization.

Candidate should be open to learning whenever the need arises.

Candidate should be soft spoken while speaking to clients.

The role will be focused on the front end of the sales cycle. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and generating a sales pipeline. This will be a hands-on position in a start-up environment, so we are looking for a motivated self-starter.

This role is for the US market with shift start time at 5 PM IST.

Essential Functions:

• Work with VFX Lead and Art Director to create a wide range of high quality real-time VFX
• Collaborate with design to create abilities, boss effects, in-game pickup effects
• Create skyboxes, cloud systems, storms, and ambient effects inside environments
• Create VFX for cinematics to support story
• You will be expected to create the highest quality real-time visual effects, both in appearance and performance, while adhering to the project’s artistic vision
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, animation and art teams to create beautiful and believable effects that offer creative solutions to design challenges, add life to the game world, and create wow moments for the users
• Responsible for a variety of aspects of real-time vfx production from creation & simulation all the way through optimization and quality assurance
• You will work in the engine and own both the technical and creative processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of real-time VFX experience
• Impressive portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of VFX coverage and animation skills
• Strong knowledge of Photoshop, as well as Maya or other 3D packages
• Critical eye for timing and motion in relation to real world physics behaviors
• Experienced in gameplay VFX (abilities, boss, npc)
• Team player attitude, and self-driven to excellent content
• Proficiency with authoring and editing node based shaders and blueprints
• Advanced animation proficiencies with experience using Houdini, FumeFX, Rayfire, and/or After Effects
• Strong knowledge of PC and console development

• Expertise working with cameras, sensors, low-level 2D and 3D graphics development.
• Experience with Core Data and Core Animation.
• Deep Knowledge of REST APIs, API call processing, and Client back end management.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, analytics, and other external SDK integration.
• Familiarity with Push notifications, Firebase, and GCM.
• Familiarity with Sketch+Zeplin.
• Experience with benchmarking and optimization.
• Proficient in using Git.
• Working knowledge of Jira integration.
• Proficient in TDD.
• Experience leading a feature to completion and release.
