• Collaborative and independent problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise-level sales by acquiring and managing strategic partnerships with large corporates for CSR initiatives.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, solutioning, negotiating, and closing.
• Identify opportunities and customize CSR solutions that align with clients’ business and compliance goals.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, product) to deliver seamless onboarding and program execution.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in enterprise or B2B sales,
• Proven track record in team leadership and managing team.
• Strong network and ability to connect with CSR heads, CHROs, and CXOs.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of CSR regulations, frameworks, and industry best practices is a plus.

JD for Salesforce Developer

Must-Have:

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce

• 2+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity

• Experience working with Lightning org is a must.

• Should be able to perform with minimal guidance from Lead developers.

• Should be able to guide their offshore peers when needed.

Preferred:

• Preferably candidates who have Salesforce CPQ and CLM

• Preferably candidates who have experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Preferably candidates who have experience with integration between Salesforce and external systems.

• Preferably candidates having experience in the energy industry.

• Preferably candidates who have at least 1 Salesforce certification.

• Experience with other technologies such as .NET, MuleSoft, MS SQL Server, and Oracle is a plus.

• Experience working with digital signature applications like Sertifi, DocuSign, etc.

• Experience working on applications that connect to credit bureaus such as Equifax, Experian, etc.

Experience in the Energy and Utilities domain

Proficiency in APEX and Vlocity

Good understanding of SQL Server and ability to write strong SQL and stored procedures (nice to have)

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Responsibilities:

Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet the needs of the Energy and Utilities business

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance

Enhance and maintain existing Salesforce applications, including debugging and troubleshooting issues

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices

Continuously improve technical skills and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments and best practices

You will be the key architect of the product and will help the engineering team build and maintain the product across mobile and web. 

You will own development and delivery of the code- including analysis, optimization and debugging.

Key Skills

3-6 years of experience with backend and frontend web-based application development

2+ years of experience with React / Redux + HTML/CSS

2+ years of experience with Python

Have some experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB)
