Role Overview
To act as a critical partner to our General Manager and Head of Sales we are looking for a bright mind with either sales consulting, consulting or investment banking background to work alongside him on the following priorities in order of them being listed:
Develop and Optimize Sales Processes
- Design sales workflows for new markets, including requirement analysis, proposal preparation, deployment planning, and demos in coordination with the product and customer success teams.
- Drive enterprise sales processes for $100K+ deal sizes, covering user requirements, security, and implementation discussions.
Strategic Product Roadmap
- Collaborate with the product team to align the roadmap with the go-to-market strategy.
Sales Process Enforcement
- Automate and optimize CRM usage, lead qualification, contracting, and sequence workflows.
Sales Training
- Develop and implement comprehensive training for sales teams.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support strategic projects, including funding, M&A, and organizational changes.
- Create and present high-level content for internal team discussions and external publications.
Talent Acquisition
- Recruit the next generation of sales talent to grow the team.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in Tier 1 consulting, investment banking, or leading enterprise SaaS organizations (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft).
- OR similar experience in a scale-up or post-Series A startup environment.
- Skillset:
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Quick thinking, highly logical, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
