Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operations Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency within our insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and assisting in decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, operations, and performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Support business teams with ad hoc data requests and analysis
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in operational processes
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, underwriting, claims) for data requirements
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel or MIS tools

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with insurance processes (policies, claims, underwriting) is a plus

Position Overview & Priorities

We are looking for versatile and experienced technical additions to our development team. The position offers an extensive amount of ownership and influence over our development process as we scale the team. We’re looking for people who enjoy solving meaningful problems and love seeing the things they build in the hands of real users.

Primary responsibility would be:

• Designing and building applications/SDK for the iOS platform
• Ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Collaborating with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Defining correct architecture and following the right design principles.
• Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Prioritized Experiences and Capabilities

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in iOS app development
• Leverage AI-native development workflows, including agentic IDEs and coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code), to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality, security, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency with Objective-C and Swift.
• Experience in iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
• Familiarity with continuous integration

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to set communications calendar, creative strategy, and content promotions
• Build customers segments and communication campaigns along customer journeys
• Set, track, and improve key metrics within SMS, email, in-app message and push notification channels
• Identify opportunities to increase retention and lifetime value; plan, direct, and execute marketing programs that achieve those goals
• Plan, implement and track A/B and multivariate tests for transactional, triggered, and marketing mailings Code, test, and implement marketing promotions and campaigns
• Lead efforts for cross-promotion and marketing of new Zolve products across applicable audiences
• Stay current with industry innovations, trends, and best practices across functional areas
• Ensure customer data policies and Zolve's privacy policy are enforced

Requirements: 

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience ideally in a fintech/payments/E-commerce/ tech environment with strong growth and analytics background
• 2+ years experience in maintenance & management of CRM platforms (customer.io //CleverTap experience is a bonus)
• MBA or equivalent post-graduation, with at least two years of experience in digital marketing in B2C company 
• Strong understanding of advertising tools like AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe AdCloud. 
• Experience with/understand fundamentals of brand building and marketing i.e. audience mapping, positioning, media planning/media mix etc. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Prior startup experience is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities:

Taking the lead in driving inquiries and admissions for the online learning programs provided by HeyCoach.

Overseeing the complete sales life cycle, which includes engaging with a substantial number of qualified leads and guiding them through the enrollment process until final conversion.

Providing counseling and guidance to experienced professionals through phone or email interactions, assisting them in identifying courses that align with their career progression, and recommending the most suitable options.

Requirements

Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with technology-driven products and solutions.

Prior experience in successfully handling sales or business development with deals or transactions of a value exceeding 20,000 units of currency.

A minimum of 1-6 years of experience in the EdTech industry business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

Demonstrating excellent proficiency in both verbal and written English communication is essential, knowing regional languages will be the cherry on the cake.

Having basic knowledge or preliminary experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred.

• Shopify Expert must ensure a 100% responsiveness of web design.

• Working in e-commerce projects while coordinating with other members.
• Act as a Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.
• For Shopify developer job knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Javascript/Jquery is a must.
• Shopify developer should have strong knowledge on Installing & Customizing the new Shopify theme.
