About the Role

Techsophy is looking for an experienced Mac Administrator to join our End User Computing (EUC) team. This role is responsible for managing, securing, and supporting Apple devices across the organization using JAMF, while also contributing to the broader EUC function that supports hardware, applications, and end-user technology needs across the business.

Experience Required

6+ Years in Mac Administration

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Mac OSX and Server environments (versions 10.6 through 26) using JAMF.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Mac and iOS device issues in a business environment.
• Manage Apple devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Build, deploy, and maintain macOS configuration profiles.
• Construct and maintain BASH and Unix scripts to automate device management tasks.
• Support all End User Computing (EUC) hardware needs, including MacOS, Printers, and Windows devices.
• Manage user-related application installs, updates, and access.

Required Skills

• Strong, hands-on JAMF experience — enrollment, policies, configuration profiles, and patch management.
• Solid working knowledge of BASH and Unix scripting for automation. Experience managing Apple devices through an MDM platform.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and iOS hardware and software.
• Comfortable supporting a mixed environment including Windows machines and printers.

What You Will Do :

As a Data Governance Lead at Kanerika, you will be responsible for defining, leading, and operationalizing the data governance framework, ensuring enterprise-wide alignment and regulatory compliance.

Required Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in data governance and data management.

- Proficient in Microsoft Purview and Informatica data governance tools.

- Strong in metadata management, lineage mapping, classification, and security.

- Experience with ADF, REST APIs, Talend, dbt, and automation via Azure tools.

- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX and related compliance needs.

- Skilled in bridging technical governance with business and compliance goals.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Governance Strategy & Stakeholder Alignment :

- Develop and maintain enterprise data governance strategies, policies, and standards.

- Align governance with business goals : compliance, analytics, and decision-making.

- Collaborate across business, IT, legal, and compliance teams for role alignment.

- Drive governance training, awareness, and change management programs.

2. Microsoft Purview Administration & Implementation :

- Manage Microsoft Purview accounts, collections, and RBAC aligned to org structure.

- Optimize Purview setup for large-scale environments (50TB+).

- Integrate with Azure Data Lake, Synapse, SQL DB, Power BI, Snowflake.

- Schedule scans, set classification jobs, and maintain collection hierarchies.

3. Metadata & Lineage Management :

- Design metadata repositories and maintain business glossaries and data dictionaries.

- Implement ingestion workflows via ADF, REST APIs, PowerShell, Azure Functions.

- Ensure lineage mapping (ADF ? Synapse ? Power BI) and impact analysis.

4. Data Classification & Security Governance :

- Define classification rules and sensitivity labels (PII, PCI, PHI).

- Integrate with MIP, DLP, Insider Risk Management, and Compliance Manager.

- Enforce records management, lifecycle policies, and information barriers.

5. Data Quality & Policy Management :

- Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor data quality across domains.

- Collaborate on rule design, remediation workflows, and exception handling.

- Ensure policy compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA, etc.) and risk management.

6. Business Glossary & Stewardship :

- Maintain business glossary with domain owners and stewards in Purview.

- Enforce approval workflows, standard naming, and steward responsibilities.

- Conduct metadata audits for glossary and asset documentation quality.

7. Automation & Integration :

- Automate governance processes using PowerShell, Azure Functions, Logic Apps.

- Create pipelines for ingestion, lineage, glossary updates, tagging.

- Integrate with Power BI, Azure Monitor, Synapse Link, Collibra, BigID, etc.

8. Monitoring, Auditing & Compliance :

- Set up dashboards for audit logs, compliance reporting, metadata coverage.

- Oversee data lifecycle management across its phases.

- Support internal and external audit readiness with proper documentation.

This Individual will have the challenging responsibility of channelling our IT infrastructure and offering customer services with stringent international standard levels of service quality. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure and Deployment Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automation for infrastructure

provisioning and application deployment. Own the CI/CD pipelines and ensure they are efficient, reliable, and

scalable.

- System Monitoring and Performance: -Take ownership of monitoring systems and ensure the health and

performance of the infrastructure. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and system issues.

- Cloud Infrastructure Management: Manage cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize resource

usage. Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining scalability and reliability.

- Configuration Management: Manage configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) to ensure

consistency across environments. Automate configuration changes and updates.

- Security and Compliance: Own security policies, implement best practices, and ensure compliance with industry

standards. Lead efforts to secure infrastructure and applications, including patch management and access controls.

- Collaboration with Development and Operations Teams: Foster collaboration between development and

operations teams, promoting a DevOps culture. Be the go-to person for resolving cross-functional infrastructure

issues and improving the development process.

- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures. Ensure

business continuity in the event of system failures or other disruptions.

- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations,

processes, and best practices. Share knowledge and mentor junior team members.

- Technical Leadership and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Lead efforts

to introduce new tools and technologies that enhance DevOps practices.

- Problem Resolution and Troubleshooting: Be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to

Requirements:

● B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA / M.Sc.IT (if not should be able to demonstrate required skills)

● Overall 3+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud operations specifically in AWS.

● Experience with Linux Administrator

● Experience with microservice architecture, containers, Kubernetes, and Helm is a must

● Experience in Configuration Management preferably Ansible

● Experience in Shell Scripting is a must

● Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes using tools like Gitlab, Jenkins

● Experience in logging, monitoring and analytics

● An Understanding of writing Infrastructure as a Code using tools like Terraform

● Preferences - AWS, Kubernetes, Ansible

Must Have:

● Knowledge of AWS Cloud Platform.
