Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our IT department. The HR intern will assist the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management within the technology sector. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process for IT positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires in the IT department, including completing paperwork, setting up new employee accounts, and providing orientation materials.
- Assist with employee training and development initiatives, particularly related to technology and IT skills.
- Manage HR data and records for IT employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support employee relations issues within the IT department, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Assist HR team members with special projects and initiatives related to talent management and organizational development within the technology sector.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to learn about HR best practices and policies.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR practices within the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
