Senior Software Developer (AI integration)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to drive the development, integration, and scaling of our eCommerce applications. This is a hands-on coding role requiring deep expertise in full-stack ecosystems (Laravel + React), proven track record of integrating and deploying AI models/workflows. Strong eCommerce domain knowledge (Shopify and/or Magento 2) would be a plus.

As our product suite heavily prioritizes AI-driven features, you will be the core technical driver responsible for building smart workflows, setting up local LLMs, and bridging the gap between modern AI capabilities and robust web applications.

Work Location: Remote (Open to talent across India; office is based in Indore).

Required Technical Skills:

AI & LLM Integration (Mandatory)

• LLM Implementation: Hands-on experience setting up, fine-tuning, or self-hosting local LLMs (e.g., via Llama, Mistral, Ollama) and utilizing cloud AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• AI Frameworks & Workflows: Experience building custom agentic workflows, prompt engineering pipelines, or using orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or JS/PHP equivalents)..
• Vector Databases: Familiarity with embeddings and vector search (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, Chroma, or pgvector).

Core Full-Stack

• PHP (expert level)
• Laravel (architecture-level understanding: queues, jobs, service layer)
• React.js (SPA, state management, performance optimization)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+)
• GraphQL & REST API design
• Node.js (real-time systems like Socket.io)

Database & Systems

• MySQL/PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization)
• Caching: Redis
• Queue systems: RabbitMQ / similar

Architecture Knowledge

• Microservices & event-driven architecture
• API-first and headless systems
• Scalability & distributed systems

E-commerce Domain 

• Shopify: Deep understanding of Shopify APIs, App ecosystem, and headless commerce.
• Magento 2: Practical understanding of Magento's architecture, module system, and GraphQL (hands-on customization experience is highly valued).

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in any of the two platforms, but we are open to consider candidates who do not have direct exposure to these platforms if they have exceptional track record with AI implementations.

Good to Have

• Experience with Python (often useful for AI/data manipulation scripts).
• Cloud Infrastructure (AWS / DigitalOcean, Cloudflare).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and containerization (Docker).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Development: Write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code across the backend (Laravel) and frontend (React).
• AI Feature Engineering: Own the end-to-end implementation of AI capabilities—from setting up local LLM instances to writing the integration logic that connects AI flows to our eCommerce systems, with a strong focus on optimizing token streaming processing and reducing execution latency
• Feature Ownership: Take high-level product requirements and transform them into concrete technical solutions, ensuring scalable code architecture.
• System Performance: Optimize application speed and reliability, utilizing caching (Redis) and async processing to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Security & Infrastructure: Implement secure coding practices, manage API rate-limiting, and collaborate on Docker/CI/CD pipelines.
• Technical Mentorship: Review code, champion best practices, and help upskill mid-level developers on the team.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams. Act as technical decision owner.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Must be well versed with SWIFT & Objective C.
• Expertise in integrating RESTful web services.
• Experience working with storyboard, cocoa-touch, and auto layout.
• Hands-on experience in Cloud APIs, push notifications, social media integration, and payment integration of analytics is an added advantage.
• Experience with automated build and release process (Adhoc release, Final release).
• Has experience in using Maps API, GPS services for the iOS application.
• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, and Core Text, Core Location.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
• Working knowledge of the general mobile orientation, architecture, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Solid understanding of the full mobile application development life cycle.
• Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter having the ability to independently acquire the knowledge required in succeeding in his job.
• Good communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be well versed with iPhone Application development.
• Should have excellent knowledge of Swift, C++ and OOPS concepts, JSON, Cocoa, GPS, SQLite, iPhone SDK, Xcode IDE.
• The coder should be well versed in using web services, Interface Builder & Debugging tools, Google map kits, multitasking.
• Should have worked on iPhone applications that have been published on the iTunes application store.

We are looking for CMS (WordPress and Drupal) Developers for our offshore development center in Indore, India.

Responsibilities:

• 1+ years experience in development, theming.

• Must have knowledge of Customizing WordPress and Drupal Applications

• Develop modify and enhance CMS plugins.

• Develop high-performance, highly scalable, custom development and/or plugin development for WordPress and Drupal sites – integrating templates into CMS.

• Mentor to Junior Developers

• Ability to juggle multiple client projects of varying scope, complexity, and effort.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Computer Science.

• The overall experience of 1+ years in Software Development.

• We are looking for solid CMS (WordPress and Drupal) developer who should have done 3 or more CMS (WordPress and Drupal) projects.

• CMS (WordPress and Drupal) experience is a must.

• 1+ years of experience in development, theming.

• Should be able to write design/requirements documentation.

• Ability to understand technical documents like SRS, Design Document.

• Self-motivated and proactive professional who can take ownership of modules/projects.

• Fluent English communication (verbal & written).

• Strong hands-on Magento 2 CMS, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery

• Experience with Theme Integration, Customization, Third Party API Integrations.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL scripting and My SQL database administration.
• Sound understanding of OOP and MVC development.
• Hands-on experience on customization of Magento Themes, Magento Modules Development, Extension Development
• Experience in customizing Magento s front-end components using layout XML, blocks, and templates.
