About the Role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Lead who can create and manage content that resonates with a US audience. You’ll plan, write, and manage different types of content that tell our story, support growth, and drive engagement. If you love writing, enjoy building content strategies, and can juggle multiple projects, this role is for you.

What You’ll DoContent Strategy & Marketing

• Plan and execute content strategies that align with business and ABM goals.

• Write and edit across formats: blogs, case studies, emails, newsletters, templates, social posts, and landing pages.

• Own the content-driven demand generation funnel from awareness to MQLs to pipeline influence.

• Create and manage gated assets (ebooks, whitepapers, playbooks, case studies) to drive lead capture.

• Engage with clients and experts through content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.

SEO & Content Management

• Manage end-to-end blog workflows, including topic research, keyword planning, assigning content to writers, editing, creating CTAs, and publishing.

• Collaborate with SEO teams and freelancers to ensure all content is optimized for search and published on time.

• Use analytics to measure content performance and suggest improvements.

• Track and optimize content performance based on traffic, conversions, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.

Campaign & ABM Support

• Create and review newsletter content, manage group postings, and track analytics.

• Support ABM and LinkedIn campaigns by providing required collateral.

• Work closely with the Sales and Growth teams to align content with ICP-driven ABM campaigns.

• Support outbound and inbound motions with sales enablement content.

Planning & Coordination

• Own and manage monthly content calendars to ensure smooth delivery across channels.

• Collaborate with design, product, and social media teams to align content with campaigns.

Performance, Quality & Metrics

• Maintain consistent tone, voice, and messaging across all channels.

• Review and approve freelance work, and manage their monthly budgets and invoices.

• Monitor newsletter subscribers and maintain records.

Performance & Growth Metrics (New Section)

You will own and optimize key metrics, including:

• Content-driven leads and MQL growth

• Engagement rates across assets and channels

• Contribution to pipeline and revenue influence

• Performance insights via Google Analytics, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Position: Manager/Head- Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer

• Algorithm Development: Develop cutting-edge algorithms and predictive models to enhance customer experience, optimize inventory management, and drive sales growth
• AI/ML Model Building: Utilize expertise in data science and machine learning to create scalable AI models specifically tailored for both online platforms and brick-and-mortar stores, aiming to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
• Ecommerce Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions for personalized recommendations, demand forecasting, and dynamic pricing strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and deep learning, preferably within the ecommerce or retail sector.
• Proven track record of successful implementation of AI/ML models with tangible business impact.
• Strong proficiency in Python, along with familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience working with image data, including feature extraction, object detection, and classification.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently, and communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.

• Collaborating with a team of like-minded and experienced engineers for Tier 1 customers, you will focus on data engineering on large complex data projects. Your work will have an impact on platforms that handle crores of customers and millions of transactions daily.

• As an engineer, you will use the latest cloud services to design and develop reusable core components and frameworks to modernise data integrations in a cloud first world and own those integrations end to end working closely with business units. You will design and build for efficiency, reliability, security and scalability. As a consultant, you will help drive a data engineering culture and advocate best practices.

Previous experience as a UI Engineer.

Must have hands-on knowledge of web 2.0, including HTML5, CSS3
Must have hands-on knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as SASS/LESS
Must have hands-on knowledge in JavaScript frameworks like Object Oriented JS, Typescript (ECMAScript 6)
Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
Good understanding of REST API Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Working knowledge of design specs (style guide) tools like Zeplin, Invision etc.

• Design and implement high performance server side application solutions for the targeted domain.
• Develop integrated solutions between the product server side components and customer systems.
• Participate in the full life-cycle development process from software definition, through design, development, test (Unit & Integration), release and maintenance.
• Developing JSON, REST and SOAP APIs/web services.
• Code review and code management on versioning control system.
