Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various departments. Strong communication skills and a passion for people are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
• Schedule and conduct interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements
• Maintain candidate data and track hiring metrics

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have:

• 8+ years of experience with a significant focus on developing, deploying & supporting AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven experience in building enterprise software products for B2B businesses, particularly in the supply chain domain.
• Good understanding of Generics, OOPs concepts & Design Patterns
• Solid engineering and coding skills. Ability to write high-performance production quality code in Python
• Proficiency with ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong expertise in time series forecasting using stat, ML, DL and foundation models
• Experience of working on processing time series data employing techniques such as decomposition, clustering, outlier detection & treatment
• Exposure to generative AI models and agent architectures on platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Crew AI, Mosaic/Databricks, Azure
• Experience of working with modern data architectures, including data lakes and data warehouses, having leveraged one or more of the frameworks such as Airbyte, Airflow, Dagster, AWS Glue, Snowflake,, DBT
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and deploying ML models in cloud environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Good To Have:

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
• Has familiarity with deploying applications on Kubernetes
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and challenges.
• A Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field is preferred

Job title: Technical PM & Solution Architect - Digital Acceleration

Responsibilities:
• Lead Upfront discovery and design for end to end technology architecture (E.g. though not limited to Web, Mobile, CRM, Inventory management, Customer management, Logistics),
• Defining, translating and delivering business vision for the digital journey the organization will be undertaking
• Actively lead the definition and evolution of the solution architecture
• oversee selection/ implementation of new components/applications,
• Identify and ensure all integration touch points of the applications,
• Enhance architecture / governance processes and drive agile innovation with an eye to scale.
• Create a Service oriented architecture
• Leading the technical design process coordinating the various stakeholders towards an agreed solution.
• Providing support to program manager through developing estimates, and dependencies to meet program outcomes.
• Lead technology consulting engagements, solution workshops and due diligence
• Determine the availability and viability of third-party components and services as needed
• Develop and demonstrate proof of concepts
• Maintain the overall portfolio plan with key deliverables and milestone dates. Plan and execute the roadmap for digital.

The manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of web and mobile development projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

• MUST: Using REST to make API calls.

• Build a shipping service module that is called by our website to query shipping rates from India to a destination country. Configure this to so that an Ops person can update shipping costs as and when they change. Own deployment and monitoring of this service. 
• Use Zapier to build a workflow to export a MixPanel report into a Google sheet every day.
• Change our supplier portal (built on bubble.io) to make an API call to our customer facing site, whenever a supplier modifies his profile.
• Write an alert mechanism that identifies catalogues with insufficient information and makes them non discoverable, which can run every day.
• Work with Business Team to design a workflow for product inwarding using Airtable. Write a small app within Airtable so that whenever a product is updated as “shipped” in airtable, it updates the customer facing website.
• Use an open source dashboarding framework to create a quick dashboard to track important business events.
