Risurge is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Full Stack professional to be an integral part of its Apps team. The Apps team is an essential part of the Technology team at Risurge and works on solving technical challenges related to processing, visualization and presentation of continually scaling data in an easily accessible manner on the Risurge platform.
You will need to have hands-on experience in the latest technologies and skills like ReactJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS, PostgreSQL, Webpack, REST API etc. This role is ideal for you if you have a background in Full Stack development and are looking for the next level of career growth in a fast paced, learning based and merit driven work environment.
What we are looking for:
-Strong coding and design skills
- Good command over Data Structures & Algorithms
- The ability to produce bug-free and production grade code
- Skills we consider: React.JS, D3.Js, Node.js, Express.JS, webpack. Bootstrap, Material UI, PostgreSQL, Redis, ELK, Ansible, AWS, Docker

Responsibilities
- Manual Testing + Test Automation
- Manual testing (Functional), Database testing
- Exposure in Selenium, Javascript, etc
- Exposure in Agile and DevOps
- Excellent communication skills
- Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Requirements
- Proven work experience in software development
- Proven work experience in software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Knowledge about API/Service Testing would be important

- Showcase design ideas through sitemaps, storyboards, and process flows. Implement the latest design innovations to ensure that the product is in accordance with the cutting-edge technology.
- Define user task flows and interaction models. Conduct user research and create user Personas Conduct customer and competitor analysis. Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product.
- Optimises UI designs and tests for intuitiveness and user-centeredness. Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved.
