Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have 2+ of experience of selling to enterprise clients OR to manufacturing industry OR selling FinTech product, SAP Product sales/Finance ERP solutions (like invoice processing, vendor management, Source to pay, Compliance solutions).

Mandatory (Sales Skills):Must have experience in end to end sales from lead generation, prospecting, demos, proposal building, negotiation, and deal closure

Responsibilities:

• Design and create services and system architecture for your projects, while working.
• Closely with the product, design and engineering team.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to our technology, algorithms and products.
• Dive into difficult problems and successfully deliver results on schedule.
• Own services related to OkCredit features in active development.
• Develop and deploy required services responsible for evolution of the overall product.
• Do server side development in golang/python preferably (or any other language).
• Deploying stuff in production in docker containers.
• Write tests.
• Invent awesome stuff to make your job easier

• Motivation to design and build reliable, elegant backend services.
• At least 2 - 5 years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in GoLang is MANDATORY.
• Familiarity with infrastructure concepts related to docker, kubernetes is preferred.
• Familiarity with Protocol buffers. Protocol buffers are now OkCredit's lingua franca for data.
• Familiarity with message-oriented middleware like rabbitmq, google pubsub.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like gcp, aws etc.

• Design, build and deploy effective SSIS packages to validate, synthesize, transform customer data for integrated business planning and analytics
• Understand platform’s data model (table structures, linkages, optimal designs) for designing various planning use cases
• Review and analyse the data provided by customers along with its technical/functional intent and interdependencies
• Participate in the technical design, data requirements gathering and making recommendations on best practices, in case of inaccurate or missing data
• Design and automate the data loading and insights generation process with intelligent checks and balances for sustained value delivery
• Create and execute test plans,document issues and track progress at resolving issues.
