About Crea8
"Will this product work for me?" sounds like a simple question. The skincare industry has spent decades making sure it isn’t. Most skincare content online is confusing, biased, or brand-driven. We think that's broken.
Crea8 (www.crea8.co.in) is a skincare personalisation engine that helps D2C brands guide every shopper to the right products. It combines skin profiling, ingredient-level formulation analysis, and explainable AI to deliver transparent, personalised recommendations that build trust, improve conversion, and increase customer lifetime value.
We're early stage, moving fast, and building something that matters in a space that desperately needs more honesty and simplicity.
Why this role exists
To every content writer reading this: AI is not taking your job. I know; I build AI for a living, and I absolutely hate AI slop. I can spot it in seconds.
What AI can't do is think originally, write with personality, or convince a reader to care about a startup they've never heard of. That's what this role is about.
This is a content strategy and copywriting role. Not social media management. Not graphic design. You'll write things worth reading, and get them in front of people who should read them and take action. If you believe good content should provoke thought, offer real insight, and make people care about a startup they've never heard of, you might enjoy working here.
What you'll actually do
Content Strategy & Ideation: Work with Crea8's content pillars, pull ideas from our internal knowledge base, and pitch new ones we haven't covered yet. You'll also write opinionated, insight-led content for Crea8 and adapt it across platforms, with a significant part of what you write directly supporting outbound and inbound sales.
Content & Experimentation: Own the content pipeline from idea to publication and help us keep a consistent publishing rhythm. We won't keep doing what we're doing forever. You'll help us test new formats and new platforms as we grow.
You're a good fit if
- You write well and you know it
- You can research a topic you know nothing about and produce something sharp within a day
- You understand SEO basics, and how search engines identify good (relevant) content
- You're okay with ambiguity. You'll work directly with me, not inside a structured corporate program
- You actually want to learn how early-stage startups build credibility through content

Founded by Google, Stanford, and Columbia alumni, Loonycorn is a leading studio for e-learning content on machine learning, cloud computing, blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
About the Role:
We are looking for folks to build software projects which will be part of technical content similar to what you'd find at the links below:
https://www.pluralsight.com/search?q=janani+ravi
https://www.pluralsight.com/search?q=vitthal+srinivasan
https://www.udemy.com/u/janani-ravi-2/
This involves:
- learning a new technology from scratch
- coding real-world projects which use that technology (you will be a software engineer writing code, not making slides or talking about code)
What is important to us:
- Grit - Perseverance in working on hard problems. Technical video-making is difficult and detail-oriented (that's why it is a highly profitable business)
- Craftsmanship - Our video-making is quite artisanal - lots of hard work and small details. There are many excellent roles where doing smart 80-20 trade-offs is the way to succeed - this is not one of them.
- Clarity - Talking and thinking in direct, clear ways is super-important in what we do. Folks who use a lot of jargon or cliches, or work on writing code without understanding what goes on underneath will not be a fit
- Creativity - Analogies, technical metaphors, and other artistic elements are an important part of what we do.
What is not all that important to us:
- Your school or labels: Perfectly fine whatever college or company you are applying from
- English vocabulary or pronunciation: You don't need to 'talk well' or be flashy to build good projects
