Focus on Analytics: - Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch and constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance. Promptly resolve issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholders. Product development documentation: - Generate detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and Product Requirement Document (PRD) based on inputs from all key stakeholders.

 

We at FindingPi Pvt Ltd. are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer(ReactJS) who will be responsible for developing high-quality applications and must understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Also, help the team to grow and enhance their skills.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and should be up for some pretty smart brainstorming. From time to time, you would be working on certain projects as team leads as well.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Developing new user-facing features using ReactJS.
• Building highly responsive, reusable user interface components and front-end libraries for future use.
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Writing automated unit tests
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

We are looking for someone who possesses:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

What you need to have:

Technical Skills

• Experience with AWS multi-region/multi-AZ deployed systems, auto-scaling of EC2 instances, CloudFormation, ELBs, VPCs, CloudWatch, SNS, SQS, S3, Route53, RDS, IAM roles, security groups, cloud watch
• Experience in Data Visualization and Monitoring tools such as Grafana and Kibana
• Experienced in Build and CI/CD/CT technologies like GitHub, Chef, Artifactory, Hudson/Jenkins
• Experience with log collection, filter creation, and analysis, builds, and performance monitoring/tuning of infrastructure.
• Automate the provisioning of environments pulling strings with Puppet, cooking up some recipes with Chef, or through Ansible, and the deployment of those environments using containers, like Docker or Rocket: (have at least some configuration management tool through some version control).

Qualifications:

• B.E/ B.Tech/ M.C.A in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics and Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 60% in Graduation and Post-Graduation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills

 

Android

• Strong understanding of the OOPS concept.
• Working experience in Java and Kotlin language. (Must)
• Knowledge of Offline Sync, Multithreading, Realm/Room/SQLLite databases, Live data, Socket Programming. (Must)
• Familiar with Android Jetpack components (Must)
• Idea/Experience of MVC/MVVM and MVP
• At least 1 live application on Playstore. (Must)
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to have

• Idea/experience in RxJava, RxKotlin
• Idea/experience of unit and instrumentation testing in Android
• Knowledge of Web RTC.
• Experience with tools like Git, Jira, Basecamp, BitBucket, Azure DevOps would be an advantage.
• Good to have experience working with IOT projects, Bluetooth technologies
