About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Expert with a strong background in building, training, and deploying AI/ML models. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in designing intelligent systems that leverage advanced algorithms, deep learning, and data-driven insights to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world business use cases.
• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Research, design, and apply state-of-the-art ML techniques across domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics.
• Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to ensure seamless end-to-end ML solution deployment.
• Deploy ML models to production environments and monitor performance for scalability and accuracy.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Deep Learning.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, algorithms, and probability.
• Experience in working with NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, or Predictive Modeling.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for model deployment.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

• Experience with Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark).

Work Mode & Interview Process

• Hybrid Model: 3 days in office (Bangalore) + 3 days remote.
• Interview: Candidate must be available for Face-to-Face L2 interview at Bangalore location.

• The incumbent should have hands on experience in data engineering and GCP data technologies.

• Should Work with client teams to design and implement modern, scalable data solutions using a range of new and emerging technologies from the Google Cloud Platform.

• Should Work with Agile and DevOps techniques and implementation approaches in the delivery.

• Showcase your GCP Data engineering experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical data solutions.

• Build and deliver Data solutions using GCP products and offerings.
• Have hands on Experience on Python 
Experience on SQL or MySQL. Experience on Looker is an added advantage.

• Develop and recommend improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures. 
• Review, analyze and prioritize incoming incident tickets and user requests.

HRBP

1. Advise managers on organizational policy matters and recommend needed changes.
2. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations for improvement of the organization's HR policies and practices.
3. Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee separation.
4. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
5. Administer disciplinary procedures.
6. Plan and conduct new employee orientation and induction programs to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
7. Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and employee relations.
8. Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
9. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
10. Administer employee recognition awards.
11. Plan, organize, direct and coordinate the training activities of the organization.
12. Responsible for the successful implementation, monitoring and coordinating of all the activities regarding HR Software.
13. Preparation and maintenance of MIS related to Attrition.
14. Administer performance management systems and recreation programs.

Primary Skills

• Experience in building an enterprise web application using ReactJS as the frontend framework
• Experience with Redux and React Hooks
• Expert in HTML5, CSS3
• Experience in Bootstrap4 or CSS pre-processor like Less or Sass is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of best practices and modern web design trends is necessary.
• Some experience with modern web-based typography.
• Excel at rapid prototyping and at writing good code.
• Experience with testing/debugging in multiple browsers and platforms.
• Expertise in using JavaScript
• Should have worked on REST client and WebSockets
• Should be able to write Unit testing using any one of the frameworks like Cypress, Jasmine, Karma, Jest, Enzyme, or any other similar framework.
