Job Description:
- Should handle a team of SEO Analyst
- The SEO lead would be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of the analyst to drive business goals
- Developing detailed project plan and monitor progress while delivering projects on time ensuring quality standards
- Make decisions about the day-to-day operation of the team members, including management of work assignments by them

Skills and Qualifications:
- 3-5 years previous experience in SEO, Digital marketing
- Ability to lead a team of multiple SEO analysts
- Experience in managing large enterprise or eCommerce websites
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems
- Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base within the US staffing market.
- Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
- Understand client staffing needs, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored workforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client demands and expectations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and KPIs established by the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Be able to work independently in the basic administration of Sage500, SAP FICO, Exact Globe,
IBM Planning and Analytics and IBM Cognos Controller. Experience in any of those is not required
but capability and willing to learn quickly. Knowledge of any of those would be an advantage
though.
Responsible for managing service requests according to SLA, in terms of security management,
CoA maintenance and configuration changes. Serve as escalation point for troubleshooting issues
per SLA
Support for other Finance Tools and Solutions. This requires to be proficient in Ms Excel, including
basic development skills in VBA. Knowledge or Power Query would an advantage.
Strong ability to research problems independently and identify root cause of issues using problem
determination skills.

Skills Requirements:
At least 4 year of experience in any financial system administration
Or 3years of experience as financial system superuser.
Basic knowledge of financial process and accounting is mandatory
Strong Ms Excel knowledge with being able to analyze financial data
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Experience with development (ideally, but not limited to VBA, M, etc) would be an advantage
Detail orientation is an advantage
Ability to work under time pressure
High level of communication skills, be able to work in international environment
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, First Degree. Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is
preferable with combination of basic accounting knowledge/experience. Degree in Finance,
Accounting or similar is acceptable with combination of systems administrations experience.

Strong understanding of Object Oriented design methodologies and design patterns.
Timely creation of appropriate technical artifacts e.g. Application Architecture, Solution Design Documents, etc.
Interpersonal communication and organizational skills required to operate as a contributing member of virtual teams that deliver quality services.
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on service offerings and products provided by IT.
Familiar with supporting peer teams and responsibilities such as infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, info security.
Experience working with multi-vendor, multi-culture, distributed offshore and onshore development teams in dynamic and complex environments.
