Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients. Testing and improving the design of the website. Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices. Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients. Working with different content management systems. Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes. Incorporating functionalities and features into websites. Designing sample pages including colors and fonts. Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.
Web Designer Requirements:
A relevant diploma in related field. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as PHP, HTML and CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript,MYSQL. Good understanding of content management systems. Good understanding of search engine optimization principles. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues. Excellent visual design skills. Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. Creative and open to new ideas. Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques. Excellent communication skills.

iOS App Development
Objective CWe are looking for an iOS developer responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of iOS devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Your primary focus will be development of iOS applications and their integration with back-end services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build applications for the iOS platform
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Swift 4 (depending on project requirements), and Cocoa Touch
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Experience with Online/Offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
- Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
- Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines.
- Knowledge of low-level C-based libraries is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Knack for benchmarking and optimisation
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git, Mercurial or SVN)
- Familiarity with continuous integration

Color Neon is a French brand that designs and manufactures custom LED neon signs. A customer sends us their text, logo or artwork and we turn it into a made-to-measure sign: they choose the font, colour and size, preview it in 3D, and see it on their own wall before they order.
We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
