Customer Services Analyst
Position Responsibilities :
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Services Analyst to join our thriving Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through various communication channels, managing support operational cases.
To understand, research, and apply system and data analysis skills to formulate solutions to requests for service and display outstanding customer service to our customers and Internal stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Calls:
- Handle incoming customer calls and queries through our Customer Support Centre.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their inquiries.
- Chat Functionality:
- Utilize our chat functionality to communicate effectively with customers.
- Resolve customer issues and provide support through live chat.
- Support Operations Queue:
- Manage and work on cases from the Support Operations Queue.
- Service Requests to include customer Inquiries on self service access and functionality, applications password resets, customer account and contact data management and customer product download enablement
- Ensure all cases are resolved within a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc Projects and Tasks:
- Participate in various ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and systems.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Any Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 Months of experience in customer support and/or Handling Incoming calls.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and chat tools.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Sharepoint experience an advantage
What you will be doing
● Building and maintaining micro services.
● Develop new features and improve existing features of the application.
● Coding, Implementing, Unit Testing and Documenting Typescript and Javascript based services.
● Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
● Code reviews and ensuring adherence to software development standards.

- 3+ years of SDE work experience from Product based companies
- Experience in Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Kafka, Hbase, AWS
- Experience in Multi threading, distributed systems, Best practices of coding, scaling

The candidate will be responsible for working on .NET based projects for our clients in USA. The candidate must be self-motivated and quick learner. The candidate should also be able to communicate with the client on a regular basis and gather requirements from the client, provide updates. The work would be in ASP.NET / VB.NET and C# with SQL Server databases. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining existing web applications as well as implement new applications based on client requirements.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Must have 3+ years experience in ASP.Net with C# and VB.NET
- Must have at least 2 years experience in SQL Server
- Must have experience working with SOAP and REST Web Services
- Must have experience with SSRS and SSIS
- Must have some experience with MVC framework and Angular JS
- Must be able to work with basic CSS and HTML
- Must be able to work with jQuery and Javascript
- Experience with Reporting Services, WCF, etc would be a strong positive

- Conduct regular analysis of platform usage by companies to determine key issues / insights and suggest actions. Weekly follow-ups with key clients and developing client relationships
- Independently, pitch the concept, manage follow-up, and ensure leads’ questions are answered
- Support design of key strategic initiatives through analytics and primary research and curation of the company side of the platform
- Envision and execute strategic partnerships e.g., industry associations, universities
- Managing own and team’s BD pipeline - tracking communications, success rates, etc.
- Refine the company outreach strategy jointly with the CEO and Marketing teams based on data on skills, usage patterns, success rates for different types of roles and organisations
