Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will act as a liaison between the company and its customers. The ideal candidate will provide timely, accurate, and professional support, resolve customer queries, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer concerns and providing solutions
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies

We are looking for highly experienced Senior Java Developers who can architect, design, and deliver high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices . The role requires a strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and data consistency.

• Supporting the Executive Creative Director and the Creative Team with the development of concepts,

strategies, and client presentations.

• Bring an ability to think and understand copy

• Directing the design and development of creative materials.

• Ensuring brand identity and message consistency across channels.

• Keeping up with the latest trends, strategies, and technologies.

Good experience in Extraction, Transformation, and Loading (ETL) of data from various sources

into Data Warehouses and Data Marts using Informatica Power Center (Repository Manager,

Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Metadata Manager), Power Connect as ETL

tool on Oracle, and SQL Server Databases.

 Knowledge of Data Warehouse/Data mart, ODS, OLTP, and OLAP implementations teamed with

project scope, Analysis, requirements gathering, data modeling, ETL Design, development,

System testing, Implementation, and production support.

 Strong experience in Dimensional Modeling using Star and Snow Flake Schema, Identifying Facts

and Dimensions

Responsibilities:

• Genrate leads from Bidding portal (Upwork, Guru, PPH,etc...).
• B2B Lead Genearation from LinkedIn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Client research and Email Campainging
• Revenue realization by generating business leads from Internet/Other sources
• Identify the customer needs and develop customized solutions for delivery
• Cold Calling alsoto potential clients
• Respond to sales requirements from existing and potential customers
• Build & maintain healthy relationship with the company's clients
• Responsible to achieve monthly target
• Regular Reporting to the senior management & Follow-ups with the customers/clients
• Maintain Daily & Monthly status reports
• To acquire new corporate clients in the specified region /market

Required Skills:

• 2+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• Spring Boot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) or MongoDB (JSON parsing)
• Proficient in REST API development
• Good at problem solving

Good to Have Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in using Java
• Good understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced internet start-up environment.
• Experience in technical mentor ship/coaching is highly desirable.

# Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or C++

# Ability to use the Android Studio, including the Android SDK, with ease

# Prior experience as an Android Developer will be advantageous
