Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Java Developer with around 2-3 years of experience to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications using Java and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
• Work with frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework.
• Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• Experience working with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Basic understanding of Docker or cloud platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Job Description :

• Create B2B target lists and prospect lists for Praan's MKII or HIVE product lines
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and networking, to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries and companies to pitch our products and solutions.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and pain points, and effectively communicate how our offerings can address their requirements.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and competitive positioning to effectively articulate our value proposition.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and ideal customer profile.
• Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value of our products and solutions to prospects.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects through consistent follow-up and engagement strategies.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between qualified leads and our CEO or other key stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

Skill Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in a sales or lead generation role in a B2B environment.
• Strong sales acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Experience: (4-6 years) Mid-senior level. 

A user experience designer role is required for the overall solution interface design that is built by multidisciplinary teams in India and UK and used globally.  

The person 

• 4+ years of experience in a design role with demonstrated success. 
• Can think from product design to interaction design and graphic design understanding user psychology. A mix of both product management and UX design abilities. 
• Prototyping skills to make high fidelity interactive wireframes using Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools. Experience in making data visualizations. Ability to conduct user research, understand stakeholder requirements and create UX strategy for the product.  
• Ability to develop design guides, set standards and drive rational and satisfying experiences.  Thinks through various scenarios, user flows and states of a product. 
• Makes sure the interface is intuitive/self-evident and has necessary visual cues to get users started. 
• Ability to filter the ethos of the company which is focused on simplicity and choice into every feature of design. 
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ship products. 
• Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends. 
• Should have great attention to detail.
