Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Server-side Logic: Design, implement, and maintain the server-side logic using Node.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Node.js Developer at P99soft, you will be a key contributor to our development team. Your responsibilities will include:

Backend Development: Lead the development of robust and scalable backend solutions using Node.js.

Architecture and Design: Make critical decisions regarding the architecture and design of Node.js applications, ensuring high performance and maintainability.

API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs to support various front-end functionalities.

Database Integration: Collaborate with database administrators and integrate databases into Node.js applications.

Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, contributing to the growth and skill development of the team.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

4+ years of Node.js Development Experience: Proven experience in developing backend solutions using Node.js.

JavaScript Mastery: Strong command of JavaScript and its asynchronous nature.

Recommended Experience: Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, React, and MongoDB.

Additional Skills (Plus):

Experience in Next.js, NestJS, Fastify, React Native, Golang, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS.

Customer Interaction (Plus): Experience working directly with customers is a plus.

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).

On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)

• Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
• Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")
• Manage customer success pipeline (we use Hubspot)
• Relaying bugs to our development team to get taken care of (we use Jira)
• Creating user stories around customers wants, needs, issues (Asana)
• Using Stripe to process payments, refunds, and all things billing
• Create systems for tracking bugs, feature requests, and better ways to improve our support process and channel
• Create, edit, and continuously update our knowledge-base so our customers don’t have to bother you on how to do the simple things.
• Create videos and animated gif's that show people how to DO things (people love walk-throughs)

On the SUCCESS side, here are some things that you’ll be doing… (30% of your day)

• Host group & 1-on-1 demo’s, webinars, and training with leads and customers weekly and monthly
• Create surveys and google forms to gain feedback from current customers
• Reach out to “likely to churn” customers to help them get value from Salesmsg
• Engage with canceling customers and design a system for tracking for later followup.
• Speak with customers on the phone, text message, live chat, email, and other channels to help them with whatever questions they have.
• Onboard new customers

• Thorough knowledge of the following is mandatory for the person.
• Create original design ideas and layouts from creative briefings.
• Laying out artwork to plan how a finished page will appear (known as Page Planning/Designing).
• Develops, tracks and helps manage comprehensive-time schedules to insure design projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Understanding the client briefs/guidelines.
• Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with Design Leads and making necessary changes.
• Using mock-ups to make a new ad.
• Drawing own ideas to make a new ad.
• Proofreading and checking the documents for accuracy and visual impact (self QA).
• Using the Spell and Grammar check option in the software.
• Use typography, proximity, and font styles in the best possible way to group the text in the right manner in an advert.
• Preparing the items for reproduction in a format specified by the client (pdf, eps, ps).
• Determines the high visual impact and arrangement of illustrative material, text copy, font style, and size
• Produce accurate high-quality artwork within corporate brand guidelines and standards.
• Good understanding of Prepress techniques

Role Requirements

• Good understanding of brands and how they communicate to their target audience in the form of print and digital communication. For example, you should be able to understand the difference between a printed leaflet and a digital emailer that intends to communicate the same message to the target audience.
• Exceptionally well in Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw compositing technical knowledge.
• Sound English and comprehension and writing skills. Independently assess and research any job briefs to visualize a visual strategy and discuss it with the client's/internal team.

Minimum Qualification

• 2-8 years of working experience in Illustrator, CorelDraw & Photoshop.
