Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new clients through field sales activities

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth

• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Dolat Capital is a multi-strategy quantitative trading firm specializing in high-frequency and fully automated trading systems across global markets. We build proprietary algorithms using advanced mathematical, statistical, and computational techniques.

We are looking for an Experienced Quantitative Researcher to develop, test, and optimize quantitative trading strategies—primarily for APAC markets. The ideal candidate brings strong mathematical thinking, hands-on trading experience, and a track record of building profitable models.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design & develop quantitative trading strategies
• Analyse large datasets and build predictive models / regression models
• Implement models in Python / C++ / Matlab
• Monitor, execute, and improve existing trading strategies
• Collaborate closely with traders, developers, and researchers
• Optimize trading systems, reduce latency, and enhance execution
• Identify new trading opportunities across listed products
• Oversee and manage risk for options, equities, futures, and other instruments

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years experience on a high-volume equities, futures, options, or market-making desk
• Strong background in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or related field (PhD)
• Proven track record of profitable real-world trading strategies
• Strong programming experience: C++, Python, R, Matlab
• Experience with automated trading systems and exchange protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment
• Excellent analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail

1. 1. Experience with React JS, React Native, JavaScript including DOM Manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
   2. Thorough understanding of React Native and its core Principles.
   3. Hands on experience on React Native Framework at least 1 year.
   4. Understanding of native build tools like Xcode, Gradle etc.
   5. Capability to write Well-documented code with Javascript that is easily readable.
   6. Good Knowledge of HTML5, CSS.
   7. Familiarity with code versioning tools (Such as Git or SVN)
   8. Knowledge about Offline Storage, REST APIs, and document request model
   9. Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
   10. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Web pack, NPM and YARN etc.
   11. Experience with Native Mobile app deployment on App store and google play store.

Good to have would be AWS Architect Certification.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include:

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
• Design graphics user interfaces elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements

• Portfolio of design projects (does not matter if the project is not live)
• Knowledge of Designing tools (e.g. Figma )
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills

• Must have good exposure working in SOAR (Security, Orchestration, Automation, Response)
• Strong knowledge in End user/ point security.
• Good hands on Cyber security like SIEM, IAM, PAM.
• Sound Knowledge into automated incident management using Demisto (or similar technology)
• Hands on creating playbooks in Python Scripting.
