• Call potential businesses (we'll provide the leads)
• Pitch our Al product & Services
• Get meetings booked directly with our founder

We work with startups, SMEs, and enterprises whole over the world to help them implement Al in their existing systems or build complete Al products from scratch.

Growth here is immiscible. If we see the spark, you'll grow exponentially move to full-time within 3 months, scale your position, your pay, and your impact fast.

Minimum 4 to 8 years in graphics programming with deep WebGL/OpenGL knowledge

Strong understanding of the full rendering pipeline

Strong TypeScript skills

Should know React.js

Expert in OpenGL Shading Language

Mastery of Physically Based Rendering

Ability to build custom WebGL engines from scratch

Preferred candidates from SAAS or software or IT Service based Startups or Scale up companies only (MNC / Big 4/ consulting firm candidates are not applicable for this role)

Responsibilities:

• Build user journeys and communication strategies for every funnel the user goes through in the app
• Build highly engaging campaigns across user funnels to increase conversion rates
• Drive repeat users, referrals through Email, Push Notifications and other product touchpoints
• Plan & run defined experiments - test open rates, CTR, messaging, conversion rates and renewals.
• Work with internal and external stakeholder to seamlessly drive all campaigns 
• Constantly look for funnel drop offs and optimise every step to increase conversion rates
• Share data on daily, weekly and monthly basis with the larger team

Requirement:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in working with user engagement platforms like WebEngage
• Experience in building user funnels across app and web and proven record of successfully driving engagement and conversions
• Knowledge of HTML coding to create emailers is a must
• Experience working in a B2C product or Edtech is preferrable

Requirements:

• Should have strong experience in Automation testing, developing, and executing test cases.
• Should have strong experience in Selenium with Java & Cucumber framework. 
• Should have a good amount of experience working with Mobile Application testing using Appium
• Hands-on experience in CI/CD tools (setting up jobs) like Jenkins
• Good knowledge of software testing life cycle: Test planning, Test design and execution, Defect Management, and Test Reporting.
• Hands-on experience in Functional, Regression, System, and UAT Testing. 
• Good exposure to both Web and Mobile Automation Testing. 
• Excellent defect finding, debugging, and root cause analysis capabilities. 

• Create and maintain mobile applications.
• Contributing to the development of project schedules and workflows.
• Recommending changes and enhancements to applications.
• Work from UI/UX requirements, APIs and mock-ups to build functional and high-performance applications.
• Keep abreast of the latest technology for mobile applications.
• Work with other developers to brainstorm new applications.
• Create UI tests to source analytics.

• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
• Demonstrable history of devising and overseeing data-centered projects
• Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software architecture
• Deep knowledge of math, probability, statistics and algorithms
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
• Knowledge of server configurations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of R, SQL and Python; familiarity with Scala, Java or C++ is an asset
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
• Experience using business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
• Ability to select hardware to run an ML model with the required latency
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

• Inclination towards Mathematics and statistics to understand the algorithms at a deeper level
• Strong OOPs concepts (python preferable)
• Hands on experience with Flask or Django
• Ability to learn latest deployed models and understand their core architecture to gain breadth of expertise
