

What you’ll do
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for product and analytics data
- Work closely with business, product, analytics, and ML teams to define data needs
- Ensure high data quality, lineage, versioning, and observability
- Optimize performance of batch and streaming jobs
- Automate and scale ingestion, transformation, and monitoring workflows
- Document data models and key business metrics in a self-serve way
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, troubleshooting, and documentation
Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience as a data engineer (product or analytics-focused preferred)
- Solid hands-on experience with Python and SQL
- Experience with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect
- Understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving mindset and AI-native tooling comfort (Copilot, GPTs)
