Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Consultant with strong expertise in Materials Management, Inventory Management, Goods Movement, and Warehouse Processes. The candidate will support inventory operations, validate goods receipt processes, manage stock movements, and ensure accurate material master data across warehouses and plants.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot SAP MM processes.
• Validate goods receipt processes for faulty items before dispatch to repair vendors.
• Test and support stock transfers and stock movements across warehouses and plants.
• Maintain material master data according to business and valuation requirements.
• Support spare parts replenishment, procurement, and inventory handling.
• Work with business users during testing, validation, and issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and smooth warehouse operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Team Lead / SAP Business Process Lead to take ownership of SAP-related processes across logistics, purchasing, order management, and manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on SAP expertise with proven leadership experience and a practical understanding of cross-functional business processes. You will work closely with different departments, drive process improvements, manage SAP-related responsibilities, and ensure knowledge is effectively transferred across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate SAP-related activities across logistics, purchasing, order management, and production
• Support and optimize SAP processes within SD, MM, and PP
• Manage cross-functional SAP projects and process-improvement initiatives

• Strong understanding of business processes within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastics manufacturing or a similar production environment is highly desirable
• Excellent Excel skills and solid experience working with SAP reports and data
• Native or bilingual English proficiency
• German communication skills are Mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and confident approach to work
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different departments
