Senior Frontend Engineer

Location - Bangalore

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape, scale, and continuously improve the user experience. In this role, you will take technical ownership of complex, data-rich frontend applications and play a key part in defining frontend standards and best practices across teams.

What You’ll Do -

• Design and build modern web applications used to visualize and interact with complex industrial data.

• Take end-to-end ownership of frontend features from discovery to release and iteration.

• Drive frontend architecture, performance optimization, and technical quality.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering.

• Mentor peers and contribute to raising frontend maturity across teams.

• Working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations.

What we're looking for -

• A minimum of 8-12 years of expertise with TypeScript and JavaScript.

• Hands-on expertise with a modern frontend framework - Angular.

• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and backend/service development.

• Hands-on expertise in Object Oriented Design and Development.

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture and API integration.

• Hands-on experience using Jasmine, Karma with Angular.

• Exposure to AI technologies, LLM-based applications, AI APIs, or Generative AI platforms.

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.

• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)

• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)

• Experience with standard front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.

• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and backend services

• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, and Mercurial

• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools

• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

It is an app platform (Android & iOS) that offers discovery, trials and purchase of lifestyle brands across multiple categories like beauty and grooming, food and beverages, health and wellness, fragrances, smart technology, accessories, services and experiences targeted towards the upper middle class.

What shall be expected of you:

● Be responsible for the core UI framework, and implement and maintain it.

● Responsible for the development of the front-end applications and

components.

● Coordinate with the backend engineers & designers for requirement

gathering of the product.

● Responsible for quality assurance including web usability, accessibility,

testing and debugging.

● Build reusable code and libraries for future use.

You must have:

● 2-5 years of prior hands-on experience in building responsive web

interfaces for consumers.

● Strong development experience in the following technologies (HTML,

CSS, Javascript, AJAX, working with REST APIs)

● Front end frameworks/libraries such as ReactJS, and Redux.

● Ability to translate product requirements into functional code.

● Ability to estimate the scope of work for sprint planning.

● Self-motivation and ability to work in a small team with minimal

supervision.

Would be awesome if you are also good at:

● SEO and page speed optimization.

● Web standards, Responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility,

Accessibility.

● Additional web technologies like Angular, Vue JS, Next JS etc.

● Must be fluent in writing code in ES6+ along with linters. ● CSS

Job Description

Experience should have minimum 2 years.

Proficient with ReactJS/Redux

Designing and developing user interface solutions for websites, web and Mobile applications.

Design product and website layouts, assets, flows, sitemaps etc.

Create and maintain UI guidelines and templates.

Extensive knowledge of web technologies and building large scale web applications.

Expertise in JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 and Adoptive / Responsive web Design & Cross browser experience.

Expertise with cross-browser, cross-platform, and design constraints on the web.

Interact with other team members to incorporate innovations and vice versa.

Experience in working with Agile Methodology.

Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

Mobile Development Engineer - React Native (Location: Mumbai)

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience on React Native. Good understanding of start up environment.

1.     Advanced knowledge of React Native.

2.     Excellent knowledge of React native libraries, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

3.     Excellent knowledge on android and iOS UI design principles, patterns and best practices.

4.     Experience working with publishing on stores.

5.     Experience working with Rest APIs.

6.    Knowledge of integration and utilization of cloud services and payment systems.

7.    Should have played a key role in conceptualising to deployment of apps using React Native.

8    Project management, scheduling, allocation and delivery.

9.    Proven experience of agile development, sprint planning and backlog management.

10.   Keen focus on customer, excellent communication skills, with high level of responsiveness and responsibility.

Good to Have:

Full Stack experience.

Experience working on chat apps, community, and healthcare domain.
