We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy .NET Full-Stack Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to build scalable applications, integrate cutting-edge AI features, and drive product execution from our Borivali office.

Role Overview:

As a .NET Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for building, optimizing, and deploying full-stack web applications using ASP.NET Core, React.js, and Node.js. You will work on API integrations, database architectures, and AI feature implementations while maintaining clean code standards and taking ownership of key modules in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications using ASP.NET Core, React.js, and Node.js.
• Architect, build, and consume secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and web services.
• Manage database systems including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, ensuring query performance and data integrity.
• Integrate AI features, AI APIs, and smart automation directly into client applications and internal product workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work independently to manage module deliverables on tight deadlines within a collaborative team environment.
• Effectively articulate technical ideas, system designs, and code logic to internal teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of commercial software development experience in full-stack web applications.
• Backend Core: Strong expertise in ASP.NET Core and Node.js backend development.
• Frontend Core: Hands-on development experience with React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS.
• Databases: Solid command of relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• API Architecture: Proven ability to design, document, and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Execution: Strong debugging skills, logical reasoning, and a habit of writing clean, maintainable code.
• Communication: Excellent spoken and written English, with superior technical explanation skills and team collaboration ability.

AI Tooling & Technology Adaptability (Critical):

• Hands-on experience working with AI-assisted IDEs and development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Proven capability to integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, or custom LLM endpoints) into modern web solutions.
• Strong interest and active awareness of the latest software development frameworks and emerging technologies.

Location & Work Mode:

• Work Location: Onsite at Borivali, Mumbai.
• Open exclusively to candidates currently located in Mumbai or able to commute daily to Borivali (No relocation assistance provided).

Required Qualifications:

• OOPS - In-depth understanding of Object Oriented Programming principles

• Solid - In-depth knowledge and practical knowledge of applying SOLID design principles

• Architectural Patterns - In-depth understanding of design patterns and have experience in designing and building complex architecture solutions

• React + Typescript - Extensive hands-on experience in React + Typescript, building high-performance complex frontends

• Unit testing - Ability to write Unit Testing using Jest framework

• Dotnet core webapi - Extensive hands-on experience in writing WebAPIs using dotnet core. Should have advanced knowledge on middlewares, auth flow, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 6+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Camunda development; Camunda certification required.
• Expertise in designing, developing, and implementing Camunda components like Job Workers and Process Models, following best practices.
• Proficient in integrations with external systems using REST APIs, connectors, web services, and experience in building REST services with Spring Boot or .NET.
• Hands-on experience integrating Camunda with Front End, Streaming Products, PostGres, SMTP, SAP, and RPA systems; strong SQL query and function writing skills.
• Experienced in deploying solutions via Bitbucket and GIT, maintaining documentation, and participating in code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have the ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

NET Developer Responsibilities:

Role: D365 CE / CRM Developer

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Hyderabad (Initially remote)

You will need to:

• Configure and customize Dynamics 365.
• Have a strong understanding on one of these 3 areas Sales, Service, Marketing & Field Service.
• Possess strong know how on the Microsoft Biz apps data model to perform end to end architectural design and review.
• Pose an in-depth understanding of the Dynamics capabilities to fit business logic inside Dynamics 365 in a seamless way to attain customer requirement with no adverse impact.
• Be a good coder and a reviewer to ensure the customization code quality is at the highest level possible and comply to the Organization standard.
• Be a hands-on coder to build POC on-the-fly and should be able to present to the customers.
