S/he should have demonstrated the ability to get the pulse of the Target Group and develop campaigns which go Viral. S/he should have thorough knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), & And So On (ASO). Should have good command over English language. Main Objectives 1. Increase our reach in the market (relevant Target Group) 2. Create a Buzz around GaadiFix offerings and to build inbound traffic 3. Supervision of designs which Go Viral 4. Achieve personal registration goals. Annual / Quarterly goals 5. Manage the relationship with customers, mechanics and other stake holders 6. Supervision of Increase our reach in the market throughout-bound phone calls 7. Supervise tele-caller sales goals to achieve weekly target Main performance indicators 1. Supervision of Campaigns / Posts / Blogs released as per agreed time lines 2. Increase in engagement as per agreement 3. Ensure that business Development targets and KPIs are aligned with the companys strategic objectives and initiatives. 4. Achieve target - number of sales calls made per day & Conversions into sales. 5. Increase in number of repeat customers Major responsibilities include: 1. Supervise APP based campaigns to result into Sales and App Installs. 2. Monitor integrated campaigns for engagement through Social Media which lead to high rate of call for action such as App Downloads. 3. Review and manage scheduled posts for Social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ 4. Review and work on action plan basis the analytics on regular intervals 5. Review of all departmental activity as per time bound Plan 6. Supervise Content Marketing campaigns through Emailers, Blogs, Newsletters marketing 7. Finalize posts, Info-graphics & graphics which hold the attention of the audience. 8. Aggressively achieve business development targets. 9. Review Direct marketing activates to car owners, vehicle owners, get Mechanics and other stakeholders onboard. 10. Value Add to features & benefits of GaadiFix Mobile App. 11. Build close long-term relationships with stakeholders and prospects. 12. Nurture ideas and suggestions to improve results, reputation and market share. 13. Guide all activities of competition, market trends and report them 14. Supervise to conduct Test Market activities as and when required. 15. Regular review of bound calls to convert sales, data entry of the new data such as directories etc. Requirement 1. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist 2. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills 3. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge 4. Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO 5. Expert Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels 6. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability 7. Fluency in English 8. BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations Reporting 1. Daily Activity Reports 2. Weekly Highlights 3. Other reports, as and when required
