As a Human Resources and Administrative Assistant Intern, you will be focusing on supporting HR processes and providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, coordinating meetings, and supporting internal communications. Since HR and administration are integral to the functioning of the organization, you will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple departments across Springer Capital, gaining experience in both people management and operational support.

Basic Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

• 3–5 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong focus on frontend / UI development.

• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript.

• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience integrating frontend applications with GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures and frontend–backend integration patterns.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day engineering work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with or alongside NestJS-based microservices.

• Familiarity with GraphQL client libraries such as Apollo Client.

Job Description:

As a Backend Developer, you will:

• Implement server-side logic to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Integrate machine learning models for fraud detection, enhancing the security and reliability of our applications.
• Manage database operations, ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of data storage and retrieval.

• Development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database.

We're looking for a React Developer to join our growing frontend team.

As a React Developer, you will help develop the next generation of our apps using tools such as React.js, Redux, Saga, Thunk and Webpack. You should be familiar with React and its ecosystem. Past experience with a React codebase is a requirement.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable with a fast-moving environment and can learn quickly.
