We (the Software Engineer team) are looking for a motivated, experienced person with a data driven approach to join our Distribution Team in Budapest or Szeged to help design, execute and improve our test sets and infrastructure for producing high-quality Hadoop software.

A Day in the life

You will be part of a team that makes sure our releases are predictable and deliver high value to the customer. This team is responsible for automating and maintaining our test harness, and making test results reliable and repeatable.

You will…

•work on making our distributed software stack more resilient to high-scale endurance runs and customer simulations

You have...

•strong knowledge in at least 1 of the following languages: Java / Python / Scala / C++ / C#

•hands-on experience with at least 1 of the following configuration management tools: Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Salt

•confidence with Linux environments

•ability to identify critical weak spots in distributed software systems

•experience in developing automated test cases and test plans

Description:

1. 3+ years of Coding and development experience

   1. Analyses and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements.
   2. Codes and maintains complex components of information systems.
   3. Develops and performs unit testing and fixes defects identified during testing and re-executes unit tests to validate results.

   5. Perform integration via Services/Batch with external and internal systems; develop presentation, business/application services and persistence components

Role Description:

As a Lead Backend Engineer , you will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant systems for Radiusagent. Experience as a Tech Lead, managing tasks with back-end engineers while coding themselves will be a bonus point for the ideal candidate.

Responsibilities will include-

• You will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development lifecycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing, and operations.
• You will build cutting-edge scalable systems by writing simple and efficient code.
• You will push your design and architecture limits for new product development.

Applicant must have a min of 4 years of experience as a Java Developer and a Min of 2 years on Spring boot, Augular knowledge must, having an experience in Angular would be an added advantage.

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience. MS degree is preferred.

• 4+ years’ experience building highly scalable, distributed and reliable Restful Web Services using Spring, Jersey, etc.
• Should have knowledge on Cloud applications preferably on AWS.
• Knowledge on building Front end applications using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with relational DBs like MySQL and NoSQL Database like MongoDB, Solr/Lucene will be a plus.
• Experience with Tomcat, Jax-RS, REST, JPA, IntelliJ, Groovy, Hibernate is must.
• Experience with build technologies like Gradle, Jenkins will be a plus.
• Experience with Test Driven Development using TestNG/Junit testing frameworks.
