We specialise in implementing modern business solutions and advising in business transformation initiatives across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Your role will be to use your extensive knowledge in hyperautomation to deliver rapid, innovative solutions to our customers.

Within this role, your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Lead client engagements, managing the project scope, budget, and timeline
• Design and implement RPA based solutions
• Managing multiple project workstreams, from scoping and planning to design, development, testing, and deployment
• Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client
• Manage a team of automation engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality service delivery
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to clients
• Collaborate to develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and ensure that the automation team is continuously improving its offerings

Other specific Delivery responsibilitites:

• Overseeing project timelines, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients. You will work closely with project teams to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion within the defined parameters.
• Focus on developing and optimizing delivery processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to streamline workflows.
• Understanding client needs and aligning delivery effort, and exceeding client expectations throughout the entire delivery process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience working with RPA technologies (preferably UiPath)
• One should be willing to do Handson in UIPath as in when needed, though its a managerial role for limited time
• Proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships
• Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

We are seeking a Managed Services Senior Engineer to join our team and help drive our Managed Services division.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, with a proven track record of managing client engagements and developing strong client relationships. You should be knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, operations, technology, or finance. 

Responsibilities and tasks for this role:

• Technically extend, improve, and customize automation solutions while maintaining close and regular contact to our clients. 
• Utilize production support expertise to influence and support new designs, architectures, standards and methods maintaining stability and availability for large-scale distributed systems.
• Assist in planning and delivery of operations and maintenance activities for large client accounts.  
• Test and optimize the software design, code, and reusability of our automation artifacts.  
• Collaborates with process subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations.
• Analyzing operational business processes to identify continual automations improvement.
• Create low and high level design, implementation plans and acceptance test plan documentation in accordance with Roboyo standards.
• Mentor technical resources to develop proof of concept projects for the introduction of changes to architecture or new technologies.
• Assist with conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on critical production outages within predefined SLAs.
• Aptitude and commitment to stay current on technologies with increasing focus on operational efficiencies to improve client experience.

Requirements

Must-have qualifications & competencies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation (UiPath, Automation Anywere, etc.)
• Relevant experience in programming or experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current applications.
• Experience and knowledge of business process re-engineering and process mapping; ability to develop solution designs.
• Experience with on-prem and cloud deployment of RPA Solutions is highly valued.
• Infrastructure experience is highly valued
• Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse types of audiences in a way that establishes rapport and gains understanding.
• Proactive team player with willingness to learn.
