Job Title : Ironclad CLM Consultant (Analyst/Consultant Level)

Job Summary :

We are seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Ironclad Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract configuration, including MSAs, SOWs, and other templates, as well as experience integrating Ironclad with Salesforce. This role is suited for Analyst or Consultant-level candidates.

Mandatory Skills : Ironclad CLM (2–2.5+ years), contract template configuration (MSAs, SOWs), Ironclad-Salesforce integration, 2–3 implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Configure contract templates (e.g., MSAs, SOWs) within Ironclad CLM.
• Participate in and deliver 2-3 end-to-end Ironclad implementation projects.
• Integrate Ironclad with CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement solutions.
• Provide documentation, testing, and support for Ironclad-related projects.

Must-Have Skills :

• 2–2.5+ years of hands-on experience in Ironclad CLM.
• Experience with at least 2-3 Ironclad implementation projects.

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ.

Experience in supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion

Applications.

2. Familiarity with key Oracle modules such as P2P, O2C, and GL.

3. Understanding of ITIL framework and processes (Incident, Problem, Change,

Configuration, Service Request management).

4. Experience with ticketing systems of any ITSM tools.

5. Good knowledge of Oracle database queries (SQL) for troubleshooting & Writing

scripts.

6. Ability to communicate effectively with business users and technical teams.

7. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Job Description: 

This role requires you to be a tech-savvy contributor in translating customer needs and user requirements into an interactive web-based application. You must be a good problem solver, have keen attention to detail and take responsible actions in ensuring the application is optimized both in technology and in delivering the best user experience.  

Work closely with product and engineering teams to create elegant, responsive and interactive interfaces.  

Handcraft UI/UX designs into prototypes  

Write reusable components and address performance issues of the product. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor Degree / Masters in Engineering (ECE or CSE preferred)  

A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Web, UI or Frontend Engineer 

Work experience in React JS / React TS and Data structure is a must. 

Sound knowledge in JavaScript, HTML and CSS,  

Working knowledge of Git: creating, merging branches, cherry-picking commits, examining the diff between two hashes. 

Be able to write clean and maintainable code with attention to performance 

Keen eye for design, and have experience of debugging using browser console. 

An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design. 

AWS experience is a plus although not mandatory.

• Qualifications: BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSc.
• Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems with a knack for writing clean, readable Java code, writing reusable Java libraries along with knowledge of multithreading, concurrency patterns, and collections in Java. 
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming along with various design and architectural patterns.
• Hands on experience with JMS, JPA, Spring (MVC, Boot & Cloud preferred) & Hibernate.
• Familiarity with concepts of MVC, JDBC, and RESTful.  Experience with Presentation Layer (JSP/Servlets), JS Frameworks (Angular, jQuery, react, etc.).
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes and experience with both external and embedded databases. Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Ant, Maven, and Gradle; continuous integration.
• Knowledge in xml based mappings, SAML, rest clients, CAS authentication and Jetty.
• Knowledge of Apache Camel and Kafka and Drools Rule Engine is preferred.

We are looking for a motivated professional who is responsible for performing software verification of Web Application as per the defined standards & procedures.

Skill Set

Primary

• Development and testing of Hardware interfaces & Embedded Software applications.

• Development and testing of network interfaces like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Ethernet, USB etc.

• Understand software requirements and architecture specifications to perform testing

activities like authoring of scripts and writing manual test case, execution & creating test reports etc.

• Automation testing experience in Linux embedded application, Linux device drivers, API testing and testing networking tools and utilities.

• Candidate should have good experience in testing of Web Application and Websites

• Hands-on experience in providing innovative solutions to Automate Web/Windows/iOS applications.

• Extensive experience with Test Automation tools such as Selenium, VSTS Coded UI.

• Working knowledge of software IDEs and debugging tools (i.e., Visual Studio/.NET etc.)

• Hands on experience in developing Test Automation Harnesses/Tools

• Proficient in different scripting languages such as Perl, Python, PowerShell.

• Good knowledge in testing windows .NET embedded applications and API testing.

• Conduct code reviews, with constant quality code review feedback for the code written by software developers.

• Well versed with Cloud architecture and deployment with Microsoft Azure (preferred) / Amazon Web Services.

• Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.

• Prior experience of Performance or Security testing will be a plus.

• Prior experience of designing fixtures to test hardware integration will be a big plus.

• Prior Experience with managing big documentation to meet FDA or regulatory requirement will be a plus

Soft Skills
