Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative to join our remote sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting high-volume outbound calls to mortgage professionals in Canada, setting up qualified appointments, and working closely with our closing team to drive business growth.



Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls using our advanced predictive dialer system

Generate and qualify new business opportunities

Schedule qualified appointments for the senior sales team

Maintain accurate records in our CRM system

Achieve monthly targets for appointments and conversions

Handle initial objections and engage in meaningful business conversations

Follow up with prospects via email and phone calls
