Remote Data Automation Specialist Intern

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Operations Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for someone with 2 years of B2B sales experience, who is also interested in sales operations and enjoys managing key backend sales processes including documentation and coordination.

You will play a key role in supporting the sales cycle through operational excellence, documentation handling, CRM management, and cross-functional collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations & Documentation

• Maintain and update CRM (Pipedrive) with accurate lead, deal, and activity records.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation including NDAs, contracts, proposals, and agreements.
• Coordinate internally with legal or leadership teams for contract reviews and approvals.
• Ensure all sales documents are properly maintained, organized, and shared with relevant stakeholders.
• Track and support the execution of contracts, renewals, and onboarding documentation.

Internal Collaboration & Reporting

• Collaborate with the sales team to support proposal creation and timely follow-ups.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment in outreach communication and messaging.
• Share insights from documentation workflows and client queries to improve internal processes.
• Contribute to weekly reports, pipeline reviews, and forecasting sessions.
• Stay updated on SmartWinnr’s product features, client success stories, and industry trends.

Requirements

Professional Experience

• 2 years of experience in B2B or inside sales, with exposure to sales operations or documentation workflows.
• Proven ability to manage contracts, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

Skills & Tools

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRMs (preferably Pipedrive), MS Office, and Google Workspace.
• Comfort with digital documentation tools and virtual communication platforms.

Key responsibilities:

1. Execute tests on Jenkins, and fetch reports

2. Conduct feature demos in customer calls and execute the test cases

3. Perform root cause analysis by reviewing logs

4. Be well conversant with different types of automation testing tools and be responsible for onboarding future automation technologies like AI/DevOps and implement fit-for-purpose tools/technologies

Other requirements

1. Automation experience with Selenium

2. Experience in automation tools for mobile app automation

3. Experience working with source control tools (GIT, Gitlab, GitHub)

4. Ability to understand business requirements/ workflows and come up with automation scripts and implementations

5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and working closely with the core engineering team

6. Experience working in an Agile environment and using tools such as Jira

7. Ability to write and maintain testing documentation on subjects including API functionality and software issue creation/resolution

8. Previous experience working with cloud providers like AWS or Azure.

9. Experience in functional testing, End-End testing, and regression testing

10. Experience in writing queries in SQL and PostgreSQL using joins for extracting and verifying data

11. Knowledge of STLC and various kinds of testing systems, integration, UAT, performance, and Accessibility testing

On a given day, a Creative Designer will spend time:

● Storyboarding, editing, composting, rendering, and other post-production processes.

● Brainstorming and developing campaigns while working with the marketing team

● Remaining flexible in dealing with changing schedules and multiple points of view.

● Curating motion graphics videos whenever needed

● Turning ideas into a comprehensive creative brief

● Working on layouts and the overall presentation of a campaign

● Ideating and assembling recorded/raw footage into a finished project that is suitable for digital consumption.

● Providing files to necessary vendors like a digital printer etc.

● Input music, video commentary, subtitles, graphics, and effects.

A Creative Designer has some sort of expertise in:

● Adobe Creative Suite.

● Blender/Cinema 4D or any other 3D software would be an added advantage.

● Keeping up with new trends, pop culture, and memes.

● Bringing elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message.

Skill(s) required:

● Adobe Creative Suite, 3D animation, 2D animation.
