Job Description

Ø Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering Degree from an accredited college or university.

Ø Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS Engineering, Testing & Commissioning

Ø SCADA, PLC, BMS engineering/programming experience preferred.

Ø Strong understanding of OPC, BACnet, Modbus protocol to include IP, ETH and MS/TP

Ø Design, development, commissioning, and testing of Building automation systems

Ø BMS/SCADA/HMI graphic screen development

Ø IO Loop test and Functional test

Ø Basic knowledge on SQL database programming.

Ø Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ø Experience with current trends in automation and instrumentation to be able to select and implement modern controls architectures

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken inside sales representative to join our sales team. The inside sales representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers through cold calling and emails.
• Follow up on data and leads developed by the sales team.

• Visiting the customer and branch coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

• Basic understanding of accounts, Credit Control, Billing, Collection, Credit/ Debit Note, Age Debt and DSO analysis, major customer bill submission/ issue resolution/ payment follow up, customer ledger eeconciliation, Contract Commercial Management /Customer rate master Update/GST
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good in coordination
