Role Overview :

As a QA Automation Lead Engineer – Network Security & Blockchain/Web3.js, you will define and implement advanced quality assurance and security testing strategies tailored for Blockchain applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Mentor QA Engineers and develop QA and security testing strategies.
• Security Assurance: Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and automate testing for improved coverage.
• Collaboration: Align QA activities with project goals and ensure compliance with standards like GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze QA metrics and stay updated on Blockchain and cybersecurity advancements.

Required Skills:

• Technical Skills: Expertise in Network Security, QA methodologies, automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium), and scripting languages like Python or Java.
• Compliance: Familiarity with OWASP, ISO 27001, and regulatory standards.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading QA teams and managing testing for Blockchain/Web3 applications.

Preferred Skills:

• Penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
• Certifications such as CEH, ISTQB, or Blockchain-related credentials are a plus.

Experience:

• 5+ Years in QA, with a focus on Network Security and Blockchain/Web3.
• Hands-on experience in testing Blockchain platforms and distributed applications.

Educational Requirements:

In this position, the successful candidate will design and implement complex IT solutions that is in line with the enterprise architecture roadmap.. Will deliver well designed quality software in a fast-paced agile environment. Will work on a scrum team from all disciplines to ensure successful delivery of solutions that add value to the products and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Build sophisticated and highly scalable apps using Flutter.
• Build custom packages in Flutter using the functionalities and APIs already available in native Android and IOS.
• Proficiency in state management techniques using GetX & BLOC
• Expertise in GraphQL APIs
• Translate and Build the designs and Wireframes into high quality responsive UI code.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flutter: To build cross platform mobile apps for Android, IOS and Web. This should include from making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also mange states in an optimized mannner.
• Native Android and IOS : To build custom Flutter Packages.
• Firebase : Should have experience with Cloud Firestore, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions and Analytics.
• FIGMA : Should know how to use Figma/Adobe XD to use the design file and use it to build the app.
• Git : To manage and collaborate in different projects with the rest of the team.
