Job Location : Noida, Near Sec 62 Metro Station

Working Days - Monday to Friday

Work Experience : 2-3 years

Salary : Fixed plus variable

Roles and Responsibilities :

• End to End Recruitment (IT as well as non IT)
• Well aware with Naukri,Linkedin and other job portals.
• Payroll Processing: Preparing and processing payroll on a regular basis, including calculating wages, salaries, overtime, bonuses, and commissions. Verifying and reconciling payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
• Payroll Administration: Managing the overall payroll function, including processing employee salaries and other compensation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordination with the candidate till the date of joining.

• Partner with hiring managers to ensure pre-determined SLA’s and take ownership of identifying and engaging with potential future Colt employees across multiple geographies.

• Contribute ideas toward Colts online presence and brand awareness across relevant social media platforms and Colts website

• Define and coach on best practice to ensure a market-leading candidate/stakeholder experience

  • Demonstrable track record of successfully recruiting within sales and/or technology in an agency or in-house environment within your specialist territory

  • Ability to craft compelling role profiles and job adverts

  • Super user of LinkedIn, Xing; Facebook, Glassdoor & Twitter (plus other regional sites as appropriate)

  • Composed under pressure with the ability to multi-task

  • Results orientated with high levels of commitment, resilience and a can-do attitude
