Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. They will also be involved in employer branding and will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with candidates and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience
• Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in the technology or digital industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
