Description of duties include but not limited to:

- Reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable

- Debt recovery and follow-up on corporate client statements

- Payroll processing and statutory lodgements (PAYG, BAS, Super)

- Financial reporting and dashboard creation in Power BI

- Using Xero, Dext, ConnectWise PSA, and Kaseya Quote Manager

- Monitoring and managing accounts inbox, calls and voicemails

- Supporting process improvement and system optimisation

- Collaborating with internal team and Director on finance operations

- Assisting in the migration of accounts@ inbox into ConnectWise board

- Handling Finance related Teams phone management and call responses

For internal...it will be end-to-end including payroll, financial control and projection - potential someone who can help set up processes for growth, venture funding and team expansion -

Job responsibilities:

• Design infrastructure for data, especially for but not limited to consumption in machine learning applications 
• Define database architecture needed to combine and link data, and ensure integrity across different sources 
• Ensure performance of data systems for machine learning to customer-facing web and mobile applications using cutting-edge open source frameworks, to highly available RESTful services, to back-end Java based systems
