Cyber Toddler is seeking a SOC Analyst Intern to support cybersecurity monitoring, cyber awareness, and security-focused learning initiatives within our growing cybersecurity ecosystem. This internship is designed for students, freshers, and aspiring cybersecurity professionals interested in Security Operations Center (SOC) concepts, threat monitoring, digital security, and cybersecurity analysis.

Job Description:

• Should have work experience in using GDS - Amadeus for Ticketing.
• Able to Issue, Reissue, Refund, Cancellation of tickets.
• Should have experience in communicating with Clients/Customers through Emails, Calls, and Chat.

• This position will be aligned with our Audit vertical and help us in the process of verifying and acquiring goods, services, or works from an external source, often via a tendering or competitive bidding process. Ensure that the project/Site receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared.
• You will be working as a part of the Audit team responsible for verifying execution, contract management, vendor management, and life cycle support. We are looking for individuals who are conversant in the features, functionality, and applicability of a few sourcing platforms.
• Coordinate with enabling functions to understand the procurement / Services requirements
• Verifying vendor contract agreement/renewal/termination communications
• Expedite Orders and track deliveries.
• Ensure audit readiness of all purchasing documents.
• Preparing Analysis of Price Proposals
• Collaboration with other Team Members for to the objectives/Targets of the department
• Preparation of reports in line with the requirements of the Audit dept.
• Adhere to the Procurement Policy and vendor onboarding process

Need to travel to project locations (Currently in Hyderabad locations & Andhra Pradesh)

Other Audit activities as need arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Processing:

Prepare and review purchase orders from various departments or individuals within the organization.

Verify the accuracy and completeness of purchase orders, ensuring they are properly authorized and comply with company policies.

Enter purchase order details into the accounting system (Tally Prime)

Invoice Verification and Processing:

Gather invoices and match them with corresponding purchase orders and delivery receipts.

Verify the accuracy of invoices, including quantities, prices, and applicable taxes.

Resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices by communicating with vendors, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.

Coordinate with vendors to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues.

Engage in Warehousing activities related to invoices and inventory.

Vendor Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Ensure vendor accounts are accurately maintained in the accounting system, including contact information and payment terms.

Communicate payment schedules to vendors and provide remittance advice as required.

Reporting and Reconciliation:

Prepare periodic reports related to accounts payable, such as the outstanding creditor's reports, vendor ageing payables, and vendor statements.

Reconcile vendor statements with accounts payable records, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.

Technical and Professional Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience required

Experience in developing React Native app for iOS and Android platform,

Knowledge of React Native available inbuilt UI components and the props those UI component accept,

Should have worked with major node modules such as react-native-maps, @react-native/community geolocation, offline database, etc,

Handle build for simulator and ipa/apk for UAT/Prod release with signing. (Release Management),

Should have worked and deployed iOS App

Should have worked on sqlite

Should have knowledge of database SQL ( Select and update queries)

We have an urgent requirement of an Automation Tester who has at least 2 years of experience in Automation Testing.
Immediate Joiner will be preffered or the maximum notice period -15 days.

Job Requirements:

1. Maintaining a suite of automated tests for Web and Mobile applications
2. Maintaining automation framework and implementing improvements
3. Conversion of the manual test suite to automation
4. Create and maintain test cases.
5. Maintain and update regression testing scripts to close test escapes.
6. Perform exploratory testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing.
7. Execution and triage of automated test executions.
8. Defect management in Jira.
9. Maintenance on Jenkins integration.
10. Exposure to Test and Defect Management Tools like JIRA, Test rail, Zephyr etc.

Skills required

• Writing reliable and maintainable automated tests.
• Demonstrable experience in Automation testing using Selenium or similar
• Experience with Serenity BDD test framework, (Cucumber, Selenium, Rest Assured)
• Programming skills with either Java / JavaScript / Python or similar
• Unit testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit and/or N Unit
• Testing API’s with SoapUI / Postman or similar
• Performance Testing with J meter, Neo Load or similar
• Familiarity with Swagger or Open API Specifications.
• Familiarity with JSON objects, SQL queries, data structures, log file analysis
• Strong knowledge of Scripting Languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Groovy etc.

What you need to have:

Product Support Engineer (L1 Support) – Immediate Requirement.

Key skills

• 1-3 years exp in Product Support Role.
• Need to Understand the product and features, to demonstrate the end users.
• Sound knowledge on Java and SQL
• Need to Analyze and Resolve the Product specific queries, MySQL.
• Consistently Deliver the customer requirements.
• Engage with Development team and manage the progress of cases.
• Should be able to cope up with high pressure work environment.
• Work model will be 24X7.
